McDonald's — Restaurant in Mindelheim

Amazing Staff members! I asked if they had a specific toy from the Happy Meal and it didn't look like it, but she went in the back just to check if there was one left. She actually came back with the one I wanted and actually looked for it just because I asked about it. Not only that but once someone saw that the cash register was without someone and we were standing in front, they asked what we want to eat. Hoher Standard wie bei McDonald's üblich, nur nach dem DriveIn muss man auf Vollständigkeit prüfen, denn meistens ist irgendwas falsch. Das war mein Post vor einem Jahr. Jetzt wird es immer schlechter, die Bestellung per App funktioniert in Mindelheim nicht immer, manchmal "verschwindet die Bestellung im System". Heute steh ich nach langer Wartezeit vor leeren Fenstern ganz vorne im McDrive und soll auswendig die Gruppenbestellung erneut aufsagen, AM Bestellterminal hieß es noch, "Nr. ...., alles klar fahren Sie vor." Heute war ich so sauer, dass ich nur das Happy-Meal für meine Tochter nachbestellt hab, und selbst dann Brotzeit gemacht hatte. - Ist ja vielleicht auch viel gesünder. Sondt läuft es so: Wenn man für mehr als 2 Personen bestellt kommt immer die Ansage: "Bitte fahren sie auf den Parkplatz, wir bringen Ihnen die Bestellung dass gleich raus". Nach 5-10 Minuten (in der Zwischenzeit sind 3-4 Autos an einem vorbeigefahren) kommt dann jemand mit der Tüte. Dann wird im Auto die Tüte ausgeleert und kontrolliert, was heute fehlt. Danach durch den Seiteneingang in das Restaurant und man bestellt nach. Dabei bekommt man das Gefühl, sich entschuldigen zu müssen. Man merkt, dass McDonalds in Mindelheim keine Konkurenz hat, denn man bemüht sich nicht wirklich um den Kunden. Ausserdem wird offensichtliche in diesem Restaurant die Sportart "Burgerweitwurf" ausgeübt, denn wenn man den Karton öffnet, sieht der Burger nicht selten aus, als ob er aus 5m Entfernung in der Schachtel gelandet wäre. Vielleicht ist dieser Kommentar etwas sarkastisch und subjektiv, aber eigentlich ist es eh egal, denn es interessiert sich keiner dafür, der etwas...

It's awful, most of the time you will get your food cold or if you order cold drink it wont be sparkling anymore because it takes them so long to do their order. Once I even counted the time it took them to do my big Mac and milk shake order, first they made my milkshake and then I was waiting over 5 more minutes for the rest.
