#update- this restaurant was supposed to refund today. On calling they said you wrote a review about the incident so we can’t refund. Disgusting and unprofessional behaviour from the restaurant staff. Basically they denied our own money. And they are behaving like they were about to do a favour by refunding our money. And they got offended because of our honest review, so they denied the refund. Most pathetic behaviour we came across in years.

We went to Desi tadka today on 1st October. We ordered chaat and mocktails also tawa mutton and rotis. We got full after eating chaat so asked the restaurant to pack the tawa mutton and rotis. After coming home we found dal tadka instead of mutton. And we made payment for mutton. On calling the restaurant all they managed to say it was a mistake and it happens sometimes. On forcing them for a solution. They said when we will go next time they will compensate with tawa mutton. We repeatedly told them it’s not possible for us to visit their Bodensee Straße outlet as it is far away from our home and went there for a work. Which is 1.5 hours. We ate earlier in other outlets of desi tadka and recommended it to a lot of our friends as it was good. After today’s incident and the way they shrugged it off by just saying sorry and mistakes happen. We are disappointed of their service and hospitality.
