Regret to inform had an very bad experience visiting this place, went in as i found this place to be bustling beer garden in the vicinity and had a instant regret of doing so. I took an empty corner and sat down to order i wished the staff with an usual Hello..!!, he instantly replied back with a Hello..!! but as i ordered he conveyed "I just said Hello that does not mean i will take your order" The service staff are extremely rude and bias to an extent i would refrain but cannot deny that they are racists. If he was not assigned to take orders for this particular table a polite no would have not dejected me. Immediately i thought i should not be sitting there and felt how sometimes a single person can make your experience go to drains. Its a beer garden meant to be for good vibes and to have a nice time unlike a VIP night club that you are been sidelined for not following the dress code. Mistakes do happen but correcting it is what matters, i would certainly make another visit to notice if this was taken into consideration hope to see the...

Pessima esperienza. Questo luogo avrebbe del potenziale ma a causa della maleducazione del personale meriterebbe zero. Ci siamo seduti all'interno e abbiamo chiesto un menù. Poco dopo è arrivato un cameriere che ci ha chiesto se fossimo pronti, abbiamo chiesto 5 minuti di tempo perché stavamo traducendo alcuni ingredienti con il traduttore e ci ha risposto in malo modo andando via. Passato un po' di tempo gli abbiamo detto che avevamo deciso e ci ha detto che visto che avevamo chiesto 5 minuti adesso dovevamo aspettare noi. È passato davanti a noi tante volte e ci guardava male. Poi quando ha deciso lui si è fermato per prendere l'ordinazione dicendo: "forza italiani ordinate ma con calma eh...", come a prenderci in giro. Ha trattato malissimo anche due clienti asiatici che si erano seduti vicino a noi. Ho notato che purtroppo sono gentili solo con i tedeschi. Alla fine al momento del conto oltre ad averci maggiorato un piatto di quasi 3 euro rispetto al prezzo del menù, ha avuto anche il coraggio di chiederci se lasciavamo la mancia e gli ho detto che visto che era stato maleducato con noi non gli avrei lasciato proprio nulla. Ovviamente si è lamentato non poco. Se volete la mancia imparate ad essere gentili con i clienti. Purtroppo è un locale che attira turisti solo per il nome, i prezzi sono alti e il cibo mediocre. Estaba muy lleno, y tras dar vueltas y más vueltas encontramos un sitio al aire libre, aunque algo lento, todo fue aceptablemente bien. Nos pedimos un schweinshaxe (17,9€) unas rostbratwurstl 8 uds(11,9€), un bretzel (1,6€) y de beber una jarra de cerveza de un litro (10,4€) y otra de medio litro (5,5€) en total debería haber sido 47,3 €. La comida está aceptable, y la cerveza muy muy buena. Pero a la hora de pagar fue donde nos timaron. Para pagar con tarjeta había que ir con el camarero adentro asi que fui con el, empezó a hacerse el simpático preguntando de donde éramos y al decirle que español, dijo que el era croata y que si conocía a Luka Modric... aprovechando la situación me dijo que eran 58,7€, no había calculado cuanto era en total pero me pareció algo de mas, pero no le di mas importancia, para colmo me dijo que la propina era obligatoria si le daba el 5% o el 10%, le dije el 5% así que el total fue 61,63. Pague y me fui.

Luego me preguntó mi mujer cuanto había sido y le pareció muy caro, fuimos a mirar la nota y no ponía el detalle de los precios, ósea que lo hizo con toda la intención. solo me dio el ticket de la tarjeta.

Luego calculando nos cobró justo 10,4€ de más (+ el 5%), ósea que nos metió otra jarra de cerveza de más.

El sitio está bien, al menos la cerveza, pero...
