Cakes taste good and normally things are okay when simply ordering a coffee to go. My bad experience was when it came to ordering a cake in advance, the poor customer service was surprising and disappointing - a huge let down on my big day.

After enquiring about a specific cake in person on Thursday and getting the info that they would wait for their boss to check if it’s possible to order it, I placed an order over the phone on the following day. However on the day I requested it, Tuesday, it was not ready and there was no chance to have it ready.

I called to arrange collection in the morning on Tuesday and the lady on the phone simply dismissed me saying I did not place an order, this upset me. After having made the effort to visit in person and then follow up with a call, how could they tell me there’s no cake because you did not order! They were not apologetic for their mistake and instead jumped to blame the customer.

Furthermore The price of the cake they gave me in the end was higher than the one I initially ordered and there was no consideration no compensation for this inconvenience at all.

I will avoid coming here in future if this is how they handle loyal customers when there’s a problem and this is how...

Funny they reduced the size of the buns in September compared to July with same prices but still good in Campeon for buns, ice cream and lunch. Tasty espresso affogato in Summer but not that good espresso as neighboring coffee places.

I suggest please to remove your Buttercroissant and quiches offers because they are a flop compared to what one can have in neighbouring Neubiberg and Unterhaching.

Many tables under sunshades outside. Large selection of salads for 8,95! (Including a brezel or a bun). Common seating area inside and outside for all coffee places and restaurants in the food court. Toilets available. Long waiting lines around lunch time but service is rapid...

This bakery offers good coffee. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about their products. There is a decent selection of cakes and the bakery offers some classic options.
