Only cash or EC card. German regional restaurants face more pressure than a tyre. Here, they have to put out a menu outsizing that of a city restaurant by a factor of at least 2. That chalkboard pictured is just the specials menu! Having over 50 menu items necessitates some shortcuts. But here, they take as few as possible. Much of what we're presented is scratch made, or at least value added. The bread and oil/vinegar is well above average, and the olives even moreso. The pizza is a decent scratch dough, with a decent value-added sauce and ok cheese. The salad was good enough, as was the dressing and the sheep's fetta a decent quality, with enough quantity to be a course of its own. Sure, I'd like the penne al dente like I'd get in Italy, but it would be sent back as undercooked by 90pc of the locals. And the sauce is a good value-added concoction. The chocolate sauce shortcut for the otherwise good tiramisu is understandable, given the 12 items on the dessert menu. The drinks list is good, and the bottles of oil and vinegar on each table impeccably clean, as is everything else. Reasonable prices and meal check where they actually want to know the answer is another tick. How they have liver, steak, and scallopine and seafood on this bible length menu is beyond me, but seemingly not beyond them. Strongly recommended.

Buon Appetito! I recently dined at the charming Italian restaurant, "Gianni Restaurant," and I must say, it was a culinary delight! From the moment I stepped in, I was transported to Italy with its warm and cozy ambiance, complete with rustic decor and soft Italian music playing in the background. The menu boasted a wide selection of classic Italian dishes that left me spoiled for choice. The service was impeccable, with attentive and friendly staff who made sure I had everything I needed. The wine selection was also impressive, with a variety of Italian wines that perfectly complemented my meal. Overall, my experience at Gianni Restaurant was exceptional. The authentic Italian flavors, cozy ambiance, attentive service, and delectable desserts made it a truly memorable dining experience

Cute Italian restaurant in Neuruppin, the staff is super friendly. The location is nice and it's busy most of the time so it is better to reserve a table in advance. The food is great. I ordered a pizza with arugula and sheep cheese. The crust is so fresh with perfect crunch. The mix among the sauce, cheese, crust, and arugula is wonderful. Also we got rigatoni pasta with cream and mushrooms, which was sooo creamy and rich. We can enjoy it to max. For the dessert we got a creme brulee, it is on another level, super tasty and creamy. Great place for family gatherings or dates.
