We stopped at Nuremberg Fischbach at the middle of our trip and we were looking for a nice place to sit and take a break! We had two homemade cakes there with tea! It was very tasty. Absolut beeindruckend. War mit Schwiegermama und Frau dort um Kaffee zu trinken und auch noch etwas zu vespern. Der Kaffee? Absolute spitze. Den Kuchen wollten wir aufgrund der hausgemachten Suppe nicht.

Ich nahm die Gulaschsuppe, Frauchen nahm die Kartoffelsuppe und die Schwiegermama eine Brotzeitplatte. Die Suppen waren beide absolut PERFEKT gewürzt - und nein ich übertreibe nicht, da ich mit Komplimenten allgemein sehr sparsam bin. Die Platte war gespickt mit Leberwurst, Schinken und Käse, allesamt total lecker. Das Brot war auch frisch und nicht zu trocken.

Das Essen und Trinken war perfekt. Aber das Highlight war die überaus freundliche Bedienung. Absolut sympathisch, aufgrund des hohen Kundenandrangs viel am rotieren aber niemals ohne ein Lächeln. Wahnsinnig gut in dem was sie tut. Hut ab!
