Restaurant Sunrise — Restaurant in Nuremberg

I was very disappointed on this place. We went there thinking we could order from their catalogue. They had buffet so we decided to do that instead. They gave us one glove each (only one) and told us to use the gloved hand in order to handle the tongues and the spatulas of the buffet. My husband's hands where too big for that glove so after he took it out once, he could not wear it again. They did not wand to give him another glove. They told him he should reuse the one he had. The people in the restaurant also wore only one glove and they were not changing it. I saw the waitress picking up dirty dishes, cleaning up tables, bringing new food to the buffet, giving bills, caring plates from the grill, all with that same glove. That glove must have been pretty dirty already and yet she was handling food while wearing it. All in all both the hygiene and the behaviour was not nice. In the end we had a bill of 47 euros (very expensive for the little service we received), my husband paid with a 50 euro bill and the waitress kept the whole thing without having been told too. My husband always gives a tip but that day he did not feel like it. Yet, it did not matter. Apparently, change is not a thing in that place. Oh well... I certainly do not wand to...

Restauracja Sunrise nie powinna nazywać się w ogóle restauracją. Jest to bardzo brudne miejsce gdzie nikt nie dba i nie pilnuje aby panował ład i porządek. Toalety wołają o pomstę do nieba. Nie dość że brudne to zapchane. Bufet tak samo zaniedbany. Na z pozoru czystych talerzach znajdowały się resztki jedzenia. Trudno było rozróżnić czyste od brudnych. Sztućce do lodów i deserów znajdowały się w koszyku, wymieszane wszystkie razem ze sobą gdzie każdy chcący wziąść łyżeczkę czy tez widelczyk musi najpierw ręka zamieszać aby znaleźć to czego szuka. Co moim zdaniem jest bardzo nie higieniczne. Bufet z jedzeniem świecił pustkami brakowało chociażby frytek dla dzieci. O innych dania, produktach nie wspomnę. Jest to " restauracja" samoobsługowa. Nawet napoi nie podaj kelner. Zreszta takowego nawet tutaj nie ma. Trzeba samemu podejść do baru. Wybrać napój i samemu wlać to do szklanki, które są umiejscowione na regale gdzie każdy ma dostęp i może przebierać w szklankach jak w rękawiczkach. Co również moim zdaniem jest kompletnym pozbawieniem zachowania podstawowej higieny. Będąc gościem w tym miejscu poczułam się jak w fabryce gdzie ważna Jest ilość a nie jakoś. Wszystko dzieje się w zastraszającym tempie. Jeden z pracowników podchodził kilka razy pytając jak długo zamierzam tu być. Na sali jest jeden wielki hałas. Z zaplecza lokalu kilkakrotnie rozległ się przeraźliwy dźwięk upadania naczyń lub czegoś innego na podłogę. Co jest bardzo nie przyjemne. Na sam koniec jeden z personelu u ktorego byl placony rachunek stwierdzil ze on w zasadzie to powinien doliczyc karę za późne przyjscie. Dodam ze rezerwacja byla na godzine 20 i nikt slowem nie wspomnial ze to juz jest zbyt późno. Gdzie restauracja kest czynna do 23.30 (sobota). O godzinie 21 personel poinformowal ze bufet za chwilę będzie zamknięty. I chwilę po 21 byliśmy świadkami wielkiego "sprzątania ". Wózki jeździły i zabieraly wszystko to co znajdowało się w bufecie. Zapanował chaos. Nie zamierzam już nigdy więcej iść do tego lokalu. Osobiście również...

Inconsistent Toddler price. We were here once and our toddler didn’t pay so we were happy to return. We were there for lunch and were charged 5€ for a 2 year old child. Knowing this now not coming back as the other buffets rather have repeat adult customers and having a reasonable price for a toddler who eats 25 grams worth of rice. Adult lunch buffet is 14€ with drink. So 5€ for a kid with no drink is ridiculous. Better off going to Burger King next door.

Update: The owner response makes it even more reason not to return. 🤦‍♂️. You just lost out on repeat business of a table of 4 willfully paying adults and anyone else...
