People are very nice, but in terms of birthday cake, they need really to improve. I made 2 birthday cakes, excellent taste but poor decoration. The first cake(the red one) was close to what I asked,but it had some issues such as poor colours and part of the cake missed. The second cake(the pink one)was not what I asked ,I had to modify it on my own, it is totally different and nothing like the photo I showed them, also, a grammar error is on the top of the cake but this is not the biggest issue. Ich habe eine 2 Stöckig torte bestellt für meine Tochter ihr 1 Geburtstag die torte ist beim abholen schon ohne Mühe gemacht worden der fandant war total unordentlich und die torte hatte beim abholen schon risse, zuhause habe ich die torte sofort im Kühlschrank gepackt, als ich sie aus dem Kühlschrank holen wollte habe ich ein Schock bekommen! Meine ganze torte ist zusammen gefallen! Und die torte wurde nicht mal stabilisiert. Als ich die dame bescheid gegeben habe hat sie gesagt sie schickt mir 50€ zurück, das hat sie bis heute noch nicht gemacht! Also ich habe dort zum ersten und zum letzten mal eine...

Leider waren meine Sachen von TooGoodToGo super trocken. Und war mehr als enttäuscht das es eigentlich nichts aus dem Balkan war. Nur 2 trockene Aufbackbrötchen ein Körnerbrötchen.. ( Rest siehe Bild ) Das einzigste, was gut geschmeckt hat war diese Simet Stange. Burek ( Pide ) war zwar lecker das kleine Stück aber auch super trocken. Allgemein war es super enttäuschend weil alles halt so trocken war. Hätte mir mehr Sachen aus dem Balkan gewünscht damit man sich auch einen Eindruck von dem Geschäft machen kann… . Bedienung war super freundlich.
