Gasthof Aschenberger Rosencafe — Restaurant in Passau

We had a nice big room overlooking the river. However a main road runs alongside the river in front of the hotel. The room was not air-conditioned so at night we had to keep the windows open. This made for a VERY noisy night.|This Hotel is about 1.5 km from Passau, but there is a good cycleway/footpath along the river and it is quite a pleasant walk (apart from the traffic).|In the Bathroom the shower fittings were loose on the wall and no soap or shampoo was provided.|The Breakfast was a bit basic...

Spent one night here as part of cycle tour of Danube. Lovely little place. Nothing else around. ||Our room was nice looking over Danube, no air com so had to have window open. Traffic noise all night so did not have good nights sleep. People with rooms at back of hotel did not hear anything. ||No lifts, limited food menu. No soap in bathroom.
