Die Bucht am Brombachsee — Restaurant in Pleinfeld

The worst service by far!! We were in the restaurant on 19.05.2019 for lunch at qround 1:15 pm. As we arrived the restaurant was packed but not full. We set down with our 1,5 year old daughter, as I approached the waiter and ask to order allready a kid meal with chicken nuggets and fries, and told him that the rest will follow. After about 10 minutes the waiter showed up in our table to pick up the order (the menus, war picked by ourselves), after ordering everything, and repeating the order, we set back. It took no less then 40 minutes for our orders to arrive (2 pork schnitzel with fries), however the order for my daughter did not arrive. Asking the waiter regarding it, I was told that the kitchen is full with orders and our order will be right out. 20 minutes after, still no food, my daughter almost chocked from tge chewie pork meat (since she was hungry, and there was food on the table, there was no other chace...), I approached the bartender and asked for the shift-manager (he was very nice and helpful), he walked me to her, to explain my problem, 5 minutes later our chicken nuggets was there (1 hour and 5 minutes since I put an order for a very simple dish...). As my daughter was already full (from the fries...) we asked the waiter to have it to go. So far do good, no? Imagine my surprise as I asked to pay for our meal while my to go package was thrown in the trash, and they still ask me to pay for it. After short explanation to the shift-manager it was removed from our check. The only positive thing is that the food was good, however the service caused us extreme uncomfortable feeling, making our relaxed lunch to become extremely annoying!! Thank you for a "lovely", our foot will never step in this place again. Dr....

This restaurant falsely reported my review as fake!!! What a shameful action to take with an actual picture of their own plate! I will not remove this review!!!!! Google reviews are important part of fair reportjng of person’s experience. I report my experience. If you want to get better reviews then do A MUCH BETTER JOB!!!! B BETTER!!! Thank you!

The service was nice. The location is nice. People are nice. But food is below, below average. For example, the Rumpsteak I ordered to be cooked to medium, was actually super well done on outside, about half a centimeter of well done, then pure raw meat on the inside. My advice would be, do not serve meals you don’t know how to cook. Have a small menu of very well made meals. Nobody is making you...

Restaurant direkt am Brombachsee. Wir kommen mindestens 1x im Jahr dorthin. Und gestern waren wir positiv überrascht von der neuen Speisekarte. "Die Bucht" ist das einzige Lokal, das ich kenne, das auf die mehr werdenden Vegetarier und Veganer reagiert. Letztes Jahr noch, gab es höchstens drei vegetarische Gerichte. Heute hat er 7 oder 8 vegetarische und 3 vegane Essen und dann noch die Tagesangebote von 2 veggie und 1 veganen Gericht. Absolut top. Und auch die Auswahl ist super, während es in anderen Lokalen nur die obligatorischen Käsespätzle (gibts hier auch, weil Klassiker) und höchstens noch Semmelknödel mit Rahmpilzen für Vegetarier und für Veganer Salatblätter ohne Dressing gibt, haben die sich ein paar Leckereien überlegt. Was ich so von den Nebentischen mitbekommen habe, wurden fast immer 1 vegetarisches Essen bestellt. Also, die Nachfrage ist da. Weiter so!!!!!👍 Und die Preise sind absolut in Ordnung. Zum Schluss noch ein kleiner Vorschlag für mehr Schatten. Ab 18 Uhr, wenn die Sonne schon langsam anfängt tiefer zu stehen, aber noch die volle Kraft hat, lugt sie schon unter den Sonnenschirmen durch und brennt noch richtig auf einen drauf. Die Tische, die keinen Sonnenschutz mehr haben, sind auch meistens nicht besetzt, weils da einfach zu heiß zum sitzen ist. Vielleicht könnte man leichte halbtransparente Vorhänge anbringen, die ein gewisses Maß an Schatten spenden. Die meisten Leute, wenn sie sehen das kein Schattenplatz frei ist, gehen wieder und das ist schade, weil das potentielle Gäste wären und dadurch auch Umsatz verloren geht.

Vielleicht kommen wir im Herbst noch mal, ansonsten hoffentlich im nächsten...
