worst customer service i’ve ever experienced IN MY WHOLE LIFE AT A MCDONALDS which is a known worldwide fast food chain. the place ran out of straws (NO STRAWS AT A MCDONALDS?!?). i wanted to have a mcmenu and in addition to that a red bull (since i had an 8-hour car ride ahead of me). the staff member barely spoke german and was clearly not listening to me overall throughout the whole order. additionally, as soon as i mentioned that i wanted to have a red bull (not within the menu, since only soft drinks are included in that) in my order he kept insisting i couldn’t have it. after literally 5 minutes of arguing at the mcdrive intercom (which i just find ridiculous), he called his manager who told me the same thing. they literally forced me into getting a cola on top of a red bull which i think is just ridiculous in the first place (who are you to tell me what i can and cannot order) and just because that was not included in the mcmenu. i would’ve gladly paid the extra sum of the red bull on top of the cola but that was not the case. plus, while paying i told the employee who was there that my car wouldn’t work if not inserted in the cc. the employee still kept insisting for another 5 minutes during which he kept trying to tap it onto the cc while i was telling him it just wouldn’t work!!! i am very...

Horrible customer service!!! We visited this restaurant today (20/2/2022) in the afternoon but we were NOT allowed to enter the restaurant because we did not have FFP2 respirator but “only” nano medical mask on our face. Moreover we were standing at the entrance and waiting around 10 mins for staff to be checked eventhough the restaurant was almost empty. Mc Donald verweist Menschen mit Attest für die Befreieung der Maskenpflicht, nach draussen. Da sie meinen mein Attest scannen zu müssen, was ich natürlich verweigerte. Es kann gelesen werden, ich habe aber keine Verpflichtung mein ärztliches Attest bei MD zu hinterlegen (Datenschutz). Dafür gibt es KEINE rechliche Grundlage, und somit ist das Willkür.
