Restaurant La Terrazza — Restaurant in Prittriching

I really like here. I cannot understand why the reviews are bad recently. My brother and I went here -Because this is the only place run during sunday, and it was a good choice. And there was no bus, too. So we walked to here from the center of town, and it took about 20 minutes to get there- Unfortunately, this restuarant takes only German credit card, and we were out of cash. But luckily, with the help of owner and waiter, one of them drove us to the bank and waited for us. We were so happy to meet those nice people. And of course, pizza was so good. Again and again! The atmosphere is always amazingly warm for a restaurant in a small village like that in Prittriching,so much in winter but especially in the summer they open their big garden and gets even more cosy. The service and the food is like you've been served from very good old friends and Luigi (the owner, he has the Italian temperament and that warm beautiful voice) and Angelo (the big bearded wild and most cutest bartender/ and most authentic tattoo artist you'll ever seen) make you always feel welcome and they always let you leave only after you're well fed since the food there is so good and so...

Einfach ein guter Italiener den ich mittlerweile seit mindestens 15 Jahren zu schätzen weiß. Qualitiv hochwertiges und leckeres Essen. Super freundliches Personal und einfach immer wieder ein Besuch wert.

Nun "Herr Inhaber" muss ich sagen, dass mich Ihre, doch etwas komische Antwort amüsiert. Eine Bewertung dient dazu den Service und die Qualität ihres Restaurants darzustellen. Nun kann ich verstehen, dass sowas nicht immer gern gesehen wird, wenn die Bewertung negativ ausfällt. Vielleicht nehmen sie es als Anreiz und öffnen ihre Augen gegenüber der Kritik eines Kunden. Selbstverständlich hat jeder mal einen schlechten Tag und nicht immer läuft alles glatt. Ich hatte nicht die Absicht Sie zu beleidigen oder Ihnen zu Nahe zu treten. Wenn sie nicht möchten, dass ihr Restaurant schlecht bewertet wird gibt es zwei Möglichkeiten. Nehmen sie ihr Restaurant aus Google raus oder befassen sie sich ernsthaft mit der Kritik an ihrem Restaurant. Es war das erste Mal, dass ich als unzufriedener Gast gehen musste. Und eventuell haben sie meine ursprüngliche Bewertung nicht gelesen, doch ich war und bin weiterhin ein Fan ihres Restaurants. (Nachdem ich wenigstens eine Antwort auf meine Kritik erhalten habe, bekommen sie zwei Sterne zurück, denn im Allgemeinen sind sie ein sehr gutes italienisches Restaurant).
