Burger King Urbacher Wald A3 — Restaurant in Puderbach

After ordering the cheesy rosti lover chicken I added an extra rosti in it that they the manager tried to say wasn’t supposed to be after I paid an extra €1.50 for. After a very awkward conversation she ripped the burger from my hand and then proceeded to rectify. When I opened the new burger there was no extra patty but extra chicken…. I then had another awkward near conflict had I of not kept my temper. She then swiped the burger for a second time and then took it out the back to then add my extra freshly cooked rosti.

Although I had the extra Rosti the original burger had now cooled down and was a mixture of hot and cold in my mouth. Was very disappointed and dissatisfied with the experience. Customer service was...

Not worth it! Try the next burger king!

Even after reading the reviews, my family and I decided to chance it. The order system was straightforward though noticed that when you select dessert, it doesn't give you a choice to collect later.

The order was ready in about 8 mins but half of the order was wrong. Missing items, no sauces, luke warm burgers and to top it off - the front service staff were grumpy and rude when we brought up the issues.

I acknowledge that only one staff member (sorry I didn't catch her name) was helpful when we requested for our dessert to be kept in the chiller for later collection.

It's unfortunate that the bad reviews are accurate. No plans of making this stop...

It’s the second time that we’re here now and both times it was a bad idea. The staff seems just bored, unmotivated and is really slow. The burger don’t look good at all and we got our fries way before our burger, so they were cold when we finally started eating. All the places to sit are dirty, but I guess nobody cares.

I wouldn’t recommend to go here, rather drive a bit father to another Burger...
