After visiting Haus Karamarko  for the first time in 2016,  we insisted to my wife's cousin that we return to this restaurant when we visited her in Germany last year.   What an elegant place to go in a small village to impress your guests.  Its  decor, food, and service are all outstanding.   Since we decided where to go, we happily  picked up the tab.   Worth every Euro spent.   After a two year absence, the wait staff recognized us immediately and treated us like Very Important People (VIPs) on arrival, while we dined and when we departed.   Without hesitation, i highly recommend Haus Karamarko.  It is my favorite restaurant anywhere,  in...

What a lovely place. Our German family comes here often and invited us from England. Food was excellent. The mixed grill we asked to add some liver which was so rich and soft and beautifully cooked. The food is excellent value for money and you get so much for your money. In fact my wife could not even finish all her fries. Ich war mit meiner Familie heute nach 2 Jahren wieder in diesem Restaurant. Es war ein nachträgliches Geburtstagsessen. Diesmal muss ich sagen zwischen dem letzten Mal und heute waren leider Welten. Die Qualität heute fand ich persönlich nicht mehr so gut. Die Leber empfand ich und einer meiner Gäste aus ziemlich bissfest, beinahe schon "zäh". Ich habe mich gefragt qarum es zur Leber Knoblauchöl gibt, welches wirklich sehr gut war, jetzt weiss ich es ! Leider mussten die Zwiebeln die meiner Meinung nach dazu gehören extra bestellt und mit 5,00 € extra bezahlt werden. Auch das überbackene Schnitzel mit Früchten und heller Sauce, was leider auch ohne jegliche Beilage serviert wurde, fand ich diesmal nicht so toll. Ich hatte den Eindruck das die Früchte diesmal nicht frisch sondern aus der Dose kamen. Vielleicht sollte man dieses auf der Speisekarte erwähnen. Auch das sonst üppige Salatbuffet fanden meine Gäste und ich diesmal nicht so toll. Die Salatbar war nicht mehr so üppig wie bei dem letzten Besuch und auch qualitativ sah es meiner Meinung nach aus als ob die Salate, die Oliven und speziell die Peperoni schon länger dort lagen. Bitte arbeitet an der gewohnten Qualität und denkt einmal darüber nach ob Pommes als Beilage für 4,00 € oder Röstzwiebeln als Beilage wirklich 5,00 €...
