It was an amazing experience.

When I saw the Peruvian menu I was sceptical because the offer was not authentic Peruvian food (I am Peruvian) but a fusion. Once I tasted the food I was speechless. It uses Peruvian ingredients but the concept and the idea behind it has been adapted to the locality. Not only was the taste amazing, but the service was exceptional. David, the chef, came up to us and told us his story and how he came up with such an authentic offer. We could feel his passion and love in his words and in his food and were blown away by it.

Do yourself a flavor and try the Hähnchen Peruano.

El Poeta de la Cocina Fusion Latina en Alemania! David was a very gracious host guiding us through the menu and explaining the motif behind it. We had 2 different entrees and two main dishes. They were all excellent! We specially appreciate David's culinary expertise regarding vegetarian plates. The veggie schnitzel is absolutely fantastic! My sea bass with ripe plantain in a spicy sauce was simply terrific. I only regret not knowing about this...

Husband and I were visiting from Canada and happened to go to the neighbouring castle, Burg Prunn. We were initially looking for just a coffee, but spoke to Chef David about food and he took very special care to make sure that my meal was completely gluten free! We had the Pollo Peruano and Cappuccinos. It was absolutely amazing sitting on a deck outside next to a castle and enjoying one of the most delicious meals I have had in a while!...
