I was an American soldier back in the 70's and use to hang out here with the locals and drink wheat beer. Helped birth a cow out back once at midnight with the farmers, drank way too much and spent many years learning about the lovely German people and their hospitality in Ingstetten. I would love to stop by and visit someday. They called me Sep. Learned German there, authentic country German. Loved the German beer so much, I later opened a brewery here in California and made a special Werkzeugkasten ale. Of course I was 19 then, today I am 70.Cheers.
