Food was fine. Regular kfc. But service is not good. We ordered one bucket, 6 piece hot wings and 4 sauces. During pickup the person asked if he can place wings also in the same bucket. I said fine but after eating I realised that there were only 4 wings instead of 6. He also said he doesn’t have the original sauce anymore so he offered bbq sauce for which I thought it was fine with replacement. But he missed to place an extra sauce for which I had to go back and ask him. These could all be mistakes which sometimes can happen but they made one more thing wrong which made me think that these were not mistakes but bad service. We need 2 bottles of water for our way so we asked for 2 bottles of natural water for which we ‘paid’ extra but after opening one of the bottle we realised that it’s sparkling water so we went back to him asking for natural water. He said that they don’t have natural water bottles anymore and offered us free table water in glass which we cannot take with us in car and on top of that this table water was free of cost. He could have said that we ordered normal water but they didn’t have it when giving us the order...

We entered the facility and a quick thing to point out is that there was a rather large family ahead of us. After about 10 minutes, the three customers ahead of the large family were served. Their order was taken followed immediately by ours. While waiting my wife took out son to the bathroom and upon returning told me she has never seen a restroom so filthy. The large families order took more than ten minutes to fill. Our order alone took more then five minutes after.
To get to the main issues of the facility. The serves was not pleasant. Even if you have an influx in customers kindness should always be number one. Cleanliness, its a fast food restaurant so I am OK with the restrooms being a little dirty but not to that level. The drink serves station was disgusting and if your not going to wear gloves then please wash your hands after wiping your sweet. Lastly, some of the staff could use some training on how yo expedite. Looking at the order after placing one item in the bag every time slows down serves a lot.

Am 20.12.2023 Mal wieder das KFC in Saarlouis besucht.
Um 21:01 ein kleines Bucket mit: 2x Pommes, 4 Wings, 2 Filet Bites und 2 Stripes, einem stillen Wasser sowie einem Zinger Burger bestellt.
Während dem Warten noch die Toilette besucht wovon 1 Stehpissoir zwar bis oben hin mit Urin voll stand aber dennoch weiterhin zur Benutzung offen war. Das zweite Stehpissoir lief auch nur sehr sehr träge ab.
Wände auf den Toiletten auch grenzwertig teilweise dran gespuckt und altes Klopapier an der Wand.
Handwaschbecken - man sollte besser nix anfassen und die Toilette benutzen - weiss nicht wo ich mir die Hände mehr dreckig mache aufm Klo oder am Handwaschbecken.
Im Kids Bereich versuchte sich mein Sohn die Wartezeit zu vertreiben klagte aber das dort alles voller Müll war.
Gegen 21:31 als unsere Bestellung dann plötzlich vom Bildschirm verschwand ohne uns aufzurufen fragte ich den Mitarbeiter was da los sei.
Als Antwort: Wie kann das sein ich bin bereits 15 Nummern weiter an Bestellungen.
Gut einen Ablauf gibt es dort auch keinen großen:
Der Bildschirm mit den In Zubereitung und Zur Abholung änderte sich so gut wie nicht - erst am Ende als 10-15 Order fertig machen klickte man dann die Bestellungen von in Zubereitung zu zum Abholen bereit - 99% der Leute waren bis dahin schon nicht mehr im Laden.
In der Zwischenzeit beschäftigten sich Personal und befreundete Kunden mit Hütchen spielen mit den Getränkebechern. Sehr Hygienisch.
Auf alte Hühnerteile wurden frische Teile drauf gelegt - First in First Out Prinzip wie es in der Gastro Standard sein sollt wird hier nicht gelebt.
Hinter die Theke liefen Leute in Straßenkleidung wo man nicht erkennen konnte arbeiten die hier, sind das nur Küsengs oder was läuft hier Grad und zogen sich Getränke an der Kaffeemaschine usw.
Shake Maschine - seit über einem Jahr außer Betrieb.
Dann zukünftig doch eher zu MC Donalds oder Burger King.
Gott sei Dank sind solche Trips in diese Läden eher selten - aber sowas wie im KFC in 35 Minuten Wartezeit habe ich selten erlebt auch wenn es sehr lehrreich war was dort abgeht wenn man Zeit zum...
