After checking in at the sister hotel "Forsthaus Heiligenberg", we drove 45 seconds (4 minute walk) to the adjacent "Klostermühle" hotel and after having parked the car (free parking) we were wowed, when we entered the building. The modern concrete-wood structure reminded us of similar hotels in South Tyrol where materials like raw wood, leather and copper were used.||||The highly attractive room came with all the amenities: free water bottle, very comfy beds, private terrace (upper floor rooms have privat balconies), fast wifi - you name it. No mini bar, but a vending machine in the foyer. The bathroom had a huge rain shower.||||The generous Breakfast buffet was served at the aforementioned "Forsthaus" and featured a lot of local delicacies, including egg dishes made to order.||||The first night we had dinner at "Klostermühle" restaurant which offers a little more rustic fare than the sister restaurant at "Forsthaus", but the food was nonetheless delicious and the place was as attractive on the inside as it was on the outside terraces.||||The second night we attended a private function at "Forsthaus" and everything was just superb.||||This is a real family-owned countryside gem and we can recommend it to anyone looking for the combination of tranquility and top-notch...
