Ristorante Pizzeria Italia — Restaurant in Samtgemeinde Bruchhausen-Vilsen

First day we ordered pizza with us it was so greasy that it soaked the box and the pasta was not cooked through . On the next day couldn't get a table anywhere else so we went here again hoping it wouldn't be so bad . We waited 10 minutes to get something to drink then another 7 to order our food after 20 min we got our soup the restaurant was half full so we thought it wouldn't take long for the main course we were wrong, 40 min after the soup we didn't t have the main course not even mention from stuff after 60 min i went to ask about it they said they'll check and let me know never got back to me every time they went around our table they would avoid us we waited for 30 minutes and counted how many other main courses went by to the people that came after us it was around 13 (in last 30 min) then we went our way . Worst service ever avoiding responding and ignoring us...

Wir waren heute das erste Mal hier. Das Ambiente ist wirklich schön, schönes Licht und schöne moderne Einrichtung. Obwohl das Lokal voll besucht war, war die Akustik trotzdem angenehm.

Der Service war schnell und höflich. Vorweg haben wir Pizzabrötchen mit Kräuterbutter bekommen. Das war sehr lecker. Als Vorspeise haben wir Bruschetta bestellt. Der Tomatensalat war sehr frisch und lecker. Das Baguette war leider teils schwarz verbrannt und sehr hart. Daher einen Stern Abzug. Da aber viele die Vorspeise bestellt haben, kann ich mir vorstellen, dass das nicht die Regel ist und diese sonst sehr beliebt sind. Ich würde sie auch nochmal probieren. Zur Hauptspeise habe ich die Nr. 100 (Filettini Italia) gegessen. Die Schweinemedaillons waren sehr lecker. Sie hatten noch einen Fleisch-Biss. Die Nudeln haben wie selbst gemacht geschmeckt (nach Rückfrage waren sie es aber garnicht. Woher habt ihr diese leckeren Nudeln??😍) Die Sauce war das Highlight. „Hausspezialität“ hat also super gepasst. Der kleine Salat dazu war leider nicht mein Geschmack, sah aber sehr frisch aus und mein Mann fand ihn sehr lecker. Die Tomate war eingelegt? Oder angeschmort? Sehr interessanter Geschmack und ein kleines Highlight. Zum Nachtisch hatte ich das Tartufo-Eis. Super lecker! Kann ich nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Alle Gerichte waren sehr schön Angerichtet. Die Portionen waren genau richtig. Preis- Leistung auch in Ordnung. (Für eine Vorspeise, jeweils ein Hauptgericht mit Fleisch, jeweils ein Dessert und jeweils zwei Getränken waren es knapp über 100€) Wer Wert auf Qualität und Ambiente legt ist hier genau richtig.
