Well, it's a McDonald's and if you are coming here you probably know what to expect. I hadn't been to a McDonald's for over 10 years so I wasn't sure. The good: the organization with POS ordering is great and also the service was very friendly. Also the interior overall has a higher quality than in the past. The bad: the food is still mediocre and geared towards children. The shake, iced tea and flurry are extremely sweet and taste artificial. The french fries were ok but very bland. The nuggets were good and some of the sauces were decent. The coffee was just good enough to not be horrible. McDonald’s - it’s standard. Just it’s pity that in this place we get in contact with manager which can’t understand situation and won’t even try to make better. Poor team with such manager - without creative, in real time finding solutions.
Situation - my children's had choose breakfast menu where was mentioned “free glass” - so happen that this offer not valid ( no glass at all). If we know that before placing order-we didn’t choose it at all. But manager just could say in English - “it’s your problem” Super clever move - Manager!!!
