McDonald's — Restaurant in Schnelldorf

Never again. Was here on the way south for winter holiday and now on the way back to Denmark. First time they failed to give us what we ordered. Amongst other we ordered coffee with milk but didn’t get the milk. Upon contacting the staff we were send back in the line so the coffee went cold.

Delivery time is way too long. On our way down we thought it to be due to rush hour but today at order time 10:38 there was only few customers. Yet we got our order 17 minutes later. This time we went straight to the Mc Cafe to get the coffee latte and hot chocolate. The coffee is not even close to being hot.

Last but not least it’s not the cleanest McD as the the place to put the trays with the garbage (paper and cups) was full to the breach the whole time we were there.

This McD is now listed as a NoGo in our travel...

Dirty restaurant! Toilets looked like they weren’t cleaned in a decade.

Worst staff ive ever experienced at McDonalds. We had to wait 10 minutes outside the franchise before we could even enter. After that, we had to wait another 10 minutes for our food. And after 10 minutes, it (obviously) wasnt even hot anymore. And we didnt even have that much. Burgers were terrible build. Very unkind staff, they didnt even say a word to us.

Staff even locked all the doors so nobody could eter, this because everyone kept entering from other doors. People inside couldn’t leave until staff let them.

Defenetly not going to this mcdonalds ever again, and stongly encourage everyone reading not to go to...

Was “greeted by a girl rushing out and basically yelling at us we could not come in before we registered. Pretty obvious, due to the huge sign on the door. After I told her we had already done so, we were granted entry. McBacon Cheese was cold, burger old and cheese not melted. Fries were cold. Took both in, was told burger is normal! Fries would be sent back. After a whopping 15min, go back in, all 5 are hanging on the counter and chatting. I get looked at and asked “yes?”. Fries? Were forgotten. Horrible experience. Thanks but no thanks. They did give me a free...
