Schweizerhaus Falkenhagen — Restaurant in Seelow-Land

I visited the Schweizerhaus Falkenhagen restaurant with friends and family and I can tell that It was very disappointing. ||The service is not bad at all, the staff was very helpful and friendly, the environment is great and the view across the lake is stunning, but the food quality was the very bad point. We arrive at mid-afternoon and the self-service food was already dried out and not topped up, kind of left over from the lunch time. Well, in my opinion, if you have a restaurant and are open to serve food, the food must to be kept in the same standard from the start to the end, you can't leave left-over food to be served. I wish I could had done some photos to show. Honestly, this restaurant has lots to learn about quality standards, perhaps they offer a better service...

We were eating there 2 times. I must say, it's the best restaurant in this area. All it's fresh and tasty. The first time I ordered Schnitzel is the second time: fish. Fish was fresh, direct from the lake! And the view, of course, is wonderful! But not only the location of the place, it's great, but food too and service. We were there the first time, and the waitress Charlotte was helping us with the order. She made me a wonderful drink and the ice of my wish. She was so nice and informative. She really cares.
