It was terrible. First of all, I ordered a potato soup, but they gave me a pumpkin soup with coconut instead. When I asked why I received pumpkin soup, the rude waitress insisted it was potato soup — even though it clearly had pumpkin and pieces of coconut in it.It was orange pumpkin soup with pieces of cocos((

My children were also treated rudely and disrespectfully when they asked question about sugar for tea. The coffee was awful. But the worst part is this: by law, a café or any food establishment cannot operate without a toilet — and yet, after paying €50 for coffee and disappointment, we were told the toilet was not free. All five of us — even the children — had to pay €1 each into a bowl held by a man at the entrance.

Where is the justice in that?

The surroundings were filthy, full of trash. It’s a disgrace. People stop here expecting comfort and a nice breakfast — not rude service and food they...

Bagel waren nicht frisch wie früher bei Coffee Fellows, Brot schmeckte nicht mehr frisch und der Salat sah auch mitleidig aus. Außerdem kann man jetzt kein Brot mehr auswählen, was schade ist, da ich Dinkel besser vertrage als Weizen. Sojamilch war auch leer, also habe ich keinen Kaffee bekommen.

Das frühere Coffee Fellows "feel at/like home" ist mittlerweile ein Coffee Fellows "nimm abends, was noch da ist von heute morgen"

Mir wurde bei anderen Filialen schon öfters gesagt, dass sie jetzt keine frischen Bagels mehr machen dürfen(!). Danke für den Hinweis, ich werde das Personal künftig darauf ansprechen. Alternativ ist oft (auf Autobahnraststätten) das Brot für die Bagels schon viele Stunden vor Ladenschluss aus.

Versteht mich nicht falsch, ich mag die veganen Bagels, aber wenn man nur bei jedem zweiten oder dritten Besuch den gewünschten Bagel bekommt, dann nervt das...

Konzept Bobby&Fritz und Coffee Fellows find ich sehr cool und super. Leider macht hier das Personal alles kaputt. War heute 14.8.18 gegen 16 Uhr dort und die drei Damen hinter der Theke waren extrem unfreundlich und hatten keinen Bock auf Kunden. Jeder tat so als ob er beschäftigt ist und eine Bestellung zu tätigen kommt hier einem Glücksspiel gleich. Es war fast nichts los, trotzdem wurde ich lange nicht bedient. Eine der Damen hat sich gerade einen Burger gemacht und Cola gezapft, um dann hinten zu verschwinden, das scheint wichtiger zu sein als Umsatz zu machen. Hätte ich nichts gesagt, wäre nicht mal meine Cola zum Essen berechnet worden, das interessiert hier niemanden. So wird das nichts !!! Man fühlt sich extrem unwillkommen !!! Ich jedenfalls halte hier sicher...
