Schwarzwald Vereinsheim — Restaurant in Sindelfingen

Wow. This was an absolute diamond find, from service, immaculate food quality to ambience. With all due respect we were not expecting anything sensational, but what a surprise from the moment we arrived. We ordered the Schwäbischer Zwiebelrostbraten (grilled Swabian rump steak) with spaetzle and salad. It was incredible. Fresh, grilled to perfection, juicy, tender and full of flavour - quite easily the best cut of steak i have had in a very long time. Perfect searing and level of pink for my preference, which I'm sure can be adjusted should you wish for otherwise. Thickness and marbling on-point, the source (butcher) of which also deserves a special note. Highest commendable mention for Leart and Andi, who confirmed that everything was hand made to the highest standard from scratch for this dish, from the spaetzle to the actual gravy served with it- excellently balanced and seasoned, nothing artificial. We have tried spaetzle dishes from other restaurants in the area, including the Mercure, and none come even close to these guys. We sat outside in front of the restaurant, which is nestled in a lovely tranquil forest/park on the hill overlooking Sindelfingen- brilliant ambience and fresh air. Excellent. First time to have dinner at the restaurant and it was magical! Great food; Goose, Maultaschen (a German noodle stuffed with meat and herbs..a southern German speciality) and various schnitzel offerings. The restaurant is located in a forest and we had dinner here on a night after a fresh snow. The restaurant has glass windows around the dining area and it seemed like an oasis in a dark wooded area as we approached, and then entered the warm and welcoming restaurant. The staff also was great as they did everything possible to make our dining experience extraordinary. All in all, it’s one of the best German restaurants we have visited in the Stuttgart area! Wir durften am 13.09.2025 unsere große Hochzeitsfeier im Schwarzwald-Vereinsheim ausrichten – und was sollen wir sagen: Es war einfach perfekt!

Schon von Anfang an hat uns das Team mit viel Herzblut und Professionalität unterstützt. Am Tag der Feier selbst hat das Servicepersonal unseren Gästen jeden Wunsch von den Augen abgelesen – Getränke wurden prompt und freundlich serviert, Wünsche wurden sofort umgesetzt.

Das Essen war ein absolutes Highlight: von allen Gästen gab es nur Lob! Geschmacklich top, abwechslungsreich und es war wirklich für jeden etwas dabei.

Auch die Location selbst eignet sich hervorragend für eine Hochzeitsfeier: großzügig, stilvoll, gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen unvergesslichen Tag braucht.

Unser größtes Lob geht an das gesamte Team und insbesondere an den Chef, der uns diese wundervolle Feier ermöglicht hat. Wir haben uns zu jedem Zeitpunkt gut betreut und rundum wohlgefühlt.

Wir können das Schwarzwald-Vereinsheim von Herzen weiterempfehlen und wurden in keiner Hinsicht enttäuscht. Vielen Dank, dass ihr unseren Tag so besonders gemacht habt!

Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und das war bestimmt nicht die letzte Feier dort.
