McDonald's — Restaurant in Strausberg

Ok, it’s a McDonald’s, but it is also the only fast food restaurant in Strausberg (that I know of), located at the SW corner of the shopping center parking lot it is easily accessed from the main road but getting back onto the main road is a bit of an effort, the faster way it to drive through the parking lot near the Rossmanns, if you go the other way you get stuck at a light 9 times out of ten. the shopping center could re-route traffic out of the lot more efficiently, since about a third of the mall disappeared in a blaze of glory a few years back.

Now to the restaurant, staff is very efficient and friendly, the floors can be a bit dirty but what do you expect when little kids constantly run around. There is a patio, and of course the obligatory drive through, with some attached parking. Also it is located across the street from a tram stop, hand for the Highschool kids.

Food: if you have never been to a McDs then it is pretty good, if you have as most people have, it is up to the standards, and they salt the fries just right.

There is of course a birthday room to pile screaming kids into and a small playground outside attached to the patio.

Wo soll ich anfangen? Erstmal, gibt es 2 nette Mitarbeiter, der Rest ist unbrauchbar und arbeitet im Schneckentempo. Und wenn man schon im Vergleich zu anderen McDonalds Filialen, diese besucht und ob im McDrive oder in der Filiale bestellt, muss man „aus Prinzip“ bestimmt 20 Minuten auf sein Essen warten. FastFood bedeutet für mich etwas anderes.

Dann kommt dazu, dass wir heute noch einmal da waren und ganz simpel 2 Menüs bestellt haben (ca.4 Autos waren zu dem Zeitpunkt da) und wie schon befürchtet, wurde zum bestimmt über 10ten Mal, die Bestellung nicht vollständig an uns überreicht. Wenn man mal eine Apfeltasche oder so vergisst, kein Ding. Aber wenn man mehrere Male Nuggets, Pommes, diverse Dips usw. vergisst, habe auch ich langsam überhaupt kein Verständnis mehr dafür.

Der Höhepunkt: Auf wiederholtes Hinfahren, habe ich zwei Mitarbeiter darauf hingewiesen (es waren übrigens viele Mitarbeiter vor Ort, ich habe selbst in einem Imbiss gearbeitet wo noch viel mehr Leute essen gekommen sind), dass schon mehrere Male Essen aus unseren Bestellungen fehlte und ob man sich da vielleicht revanchieren könnte, da es ja kein Einzelfall war. Es wurde kein Finger gekrümmt um jemanden kompetenten zu holen und die Sache zu klären und die einzige Antwort die man erhielt war: „Es tut uns sehr leid.“

Sehr traurig, dass sich der Laden so entwickelt hat ob Corona hin oder her, diese Entwicklung ist auf keinen Fall...

Every single time they get something wrong.

Today I ordered sausage mc muffin menu with cappuccino and orange juice, bacon mc muffin and chicken egg mc muffin. The person was laughing with his colleague. I was made wait in car park. When I got home I had a black coffee...no orange juice. Egg mc muffin with noting else on it and a big farmer chicken....literally everything wrong.
