I recently had the pleasure of dining at Namaste Restaurant, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. The moment I walked in, I was greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere that exuded a sense of authenticity. The restaurant's decor, with its traditional elements and soothing color palette, immediately set the stage for a pleasant dining experience.
The menu offered a wide variety of Indian dishes, from classic favorites to more unique options. I opted for the Chicken Tikka Masala and was truly impressed by the rich blend of flavors. The chicken was tender, and the sauce had just the right balance of spices, creating a harmonious taste that was both comforting and exciting. The naan bread served alongside was freshly baked and complemented the main course perfectly.
The service was impeccable, with attentive staff members who were knowledgeable about the menu and happy to offer recommendations. They also took the time to ensure that dietary preferences and allergies were taken into consideration, which added to the overall positive impression.
While the food and service were top-notch, the only minor downside was that the restaurant got quite busy during peak hours, leading to a slightly longer wait time. However, this seemed to be a testament to the popularity of the place, which is always a good sign.
In conclusion, Namaste Restaurant provides a wonderful culinary journey through Indian cuisine, combining delicious flavors, warm ambiance, and attentive service. If you're looking for an authentic Indian dining experience, this restaurant is definitely...
Read moreExtremely Disappointing Experience: : A Mix of Stale Lassi, Smelly Naan, and Unprofessionalism
I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this Indian restaurant. The problems started right from the beginning with the Lassi, which had expired yogurt, leaving a sour taste in my mouth, quite literally (immediately we retured it and ordered cola). The naan had an expired and unpleasant smell, indicating that it was not fresh (for your Information, naan just one piece tried and left all other pieces). Additionally, the Paneer Kadai was missing basic ingredients and lacked any authentic flavor (I would say flavourless). Only good thing was Samosa chat, but also not ideal taste.
To make matters worse, when we provided open and honest feedback about the expired food, the owner and staff reacted unprofessionally by shouting and arguing with us. Instead of apologizing for the subpar meal, they chose to engage in a heated argument. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and left us feeling disrespected and unheard. They did all this when Germans left their table because they wanted to make their impression in front of germans.
Overall, this restaurant not only served below-par food but also displayed a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. I would strongly advise against dining there, as the poor food quality and unprofessional behavior make for an extremely disappointing dining experience.
This is my Honest personal feedback because I feel it serves as a valuable tool for growth and...
Read moreUtter waste of money. We tried out their buffet taking a look at the reviews on Google but it seems they were mostly paid reviews. The buffet menu had a soup followed by one veg dish (rajma), one non veg dish (chicken curry)and one curd variety. The white rice was not even cooked properly and hard chapati. No wonder they are empty on weekdays. Though their hospitality was good it unfortunately does not compensate for their lack of good food. And definitely not worth the price. Thank you but will not be coming back !!!
EDIT:
Making a few changes after a rather hateful reply from the owner.
Dear Owner,
The idea of a buffet is basically "all you can eat". It would help your restaurant if you can get off that phone of yours and cater to the customer rather than monitoring what they eat and how much they eat. If you can't take constructive criticism, then I doubt if you should be in the food business.
Also having paid for the food and it was not free, I believe you don't get to say how much we eat.
34 people in the buffet today???? You gotta be kidding. The place is in a haunted state with dirt. You should take your jokes to a stand up show. You'd make one hell of a...
