Ristorante Imperatore — Restaurant in Sulzbach-Rosenberg

In the 90's, I grew up in Sulzbach and honestly consider it my home, (getting off topic) I came to this restaurant as a kid nearly every week with my parents; We were good friends with the owners (twin brothers), and I would always order the Pizza margherita with the biggest smile on my face. This place will always hold a strong place in my heart not only because of the amazing food, but also for how friendly and professional the staff were. Way to expensive or just incompetent. We took 3 family sized pizza for take away and payed 100€. They wanted us to pay extra for take away and on top of we had to wait for 2 hours. Eine der ältesten, wenn nicht sogar die älteste Pizzeria in Sulzbach-Rosenberg. Hier her sind wir früher gerne mit den Eltern zum Pizzaessen.

Leider hat sich auch an der Einrichtung die letzten Jahrzehnte nichts geändert. Mir persönlich schmeckt die Pizza nicht besonders, die Zutaten sind meiner Meinung nach nicht frisch sondern aus der Dose. Was für viele andere Pizzerien in Sulzbach-Rosenberg selbstverständlich ist vermisst man hier, dafür ist es günstig. Früher als Jugendliche und später mit kleinen Kindern gehört man hier nicht zum bevorzugtem Publikum, was man leider auch zu spüren bekommt. Einmal hatten wir für 10 Personen reserviert, die erste Gruppe kam mit 4 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern, da wollte man uns einen Tisch für 6 Personen zuweisen, weil die Kinder brauchen ja nicht so viel Platz und können zusammen rutschen (ungeachtet davon, dass noch 3 Personen auf dem Weg waren).
