We've been going there for a while now, the food is always great, the location is awesome, service is ok, but last Sunday our visit was terrible. We got there late in the evening, not a whole lotta customers, sat down and ordered our food and drinks. The drinks showed up, and that was the last we saw of the waiter. After 30 minutes we asked if him, as he was walking by, if he forgot about our order " No of course not ", his reply and he went back inside. Meanwhile more customers had shown up, they got their food and we were still waiting. So when he walked by again I gave him a look and immediately he started checking his little computer thingie, talked to another waiter and went back inside. An hour after we ordered our food it finally showed up, no apology nothing. He didn't even bring the food out himself. The other customers who came way after us, had ordered, ate and finished their meals and were getting ready to leave, when we finally got our food. Nobody ( especially not our waiter ) checked to see if we needed more drinks or anything else for that matter. When nobody came so we could pay for our food, went inside, he walked towards and then right by me, telling another waiter to check me out. No we're sorry we messed up your evening, no, "hey drinks are on us" nothing. It's a shame, apparently even though in times like this, where you would think restaurant businesses are happy that people are still coming in with everything getting so expensive, customer service is still not a priority. Very Delicious food l recommend this restaurant ,German and tests realy nice the food is alot on the plate,The restaurant is located in the hideout opposite a forest but realy nice.If your looking for a hide out restaurant surrounded by nature then this is the perfect for you.l have been there two times one time with an appointment and another time without appointment and they let me in.please note it is abit complicated to get to this restaurant using public means as it is a hideout...

Wir waren heute Abend zum 1.Mal mit Freunden zum Essen da. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und haben uns direkt wohlgefühlt.
Die Servicemitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich , sie haben unsere Wünsche erfüllt und hatten trotz vollem Haus noch Zeit uns Verzehr Empfehlungen auszusprechen. Und in der heutigen Zeit haben viele Gastronomiebetriebe Servicepersonal - Mangel, da sollte man froh sein, das es hier im Waldgeist noch so gut mit der Bedienung funktioniert und auch mal 10 gerade sein lassen, wenn man einen Moment warten muss.
Essen kam angenehm zügig und es war wirklich megaaaaa lecker und frisch und heiss. Das hier über Preise geschimpft wird, können wir nicht nachvollziehen, denn schließlich stimmt die Qualität und die Portionsgrösse überein!!!! Wir hatten sogar unseren Schlemmerblock dabei und konnten diesen ohne Probleme einlösen. Die Portionen waren so üppig, das wir Alufolie bekamen und unser Essen selbst einpacken konnten. Was ich wiederum gut finde, denn übrig gebliebenes Essen hat nix in der Großküche verloren und so finde ich es gut gelöst, das der Gast sich sein übrig gebliebenes Essen selbst einpacken kann!!!!! 👍🏻☺️
Alles in allem war es ein mega gelungener Abend in netter Atmosphäre mit aufmerksamem Personal und sehr sehr leckerem Essen.
