I had been going every morning on the way to work for the last months. No more. Time to find somewhere new. There is better service in a government office. Workers and priorities are all over the place. Three workers can be at the window having a conversation while lines of people stack up in the lobby. All of us trying to stop real quick on the way to work. 0600 and nothing is out. Your business day starts at 0600, not when you arrive to work. The items which are out at that time, I suspect are from the day prior. Sanitary wise, I am a little grossed out. Open coughing, no mouth covering, handling of money and then your food is unacceptable. Yes they grab the food with a napkin right after they handle money and everything else and then use the napkin to get your food and then stuff the napkin in your bag. Was noone from these bakeries in attendance to COVID? Rotate these workers out and I will try another visit but as of today, there are plenty of better...

Ehrlich, wo fang ich an....?

Brötchen eher unterster Standard, Preis dafür recht hoch. Bspw. 'kleines Frühstück" = 1 kl. Becher Kaffee, 1 trockenes Brötchen, 2 Minipack Butter und 1 x 20g Nutella (für zwei Brötchenhälften) für 4,50€.... Wenig Frühstück für viel Geld.

Bedienung unaufmerksam und eher bei sich als beim Kunden. Wirkte nicht sonderlich motiviert. Milch zum selbst befüllen nicht vorhanden (Kanne leer), wurde zwar nach Aufforderung und Bitte meinerseits nachgereicht, aber dafür die vorherige Schicht in die Pfanne zu hauen anstatt selbst für sowas bei eigenem Schichtbeginn zu sorgen geht gar nicht.

Herren-Toilette hat stark nach Urin gerochen und überall lagen Papiertücher herum, nasser und rutschiger Boden.

Der Tablett-Wagen für das Geschirr wurde recht lang nicht abgeräumt, trotz leerem Laden. Konnte man sehen, da die Kaffeeränder angetrocknet waren.
