McDonald's — Restaurant in Vöhringen

Probably the only McDonalds in Europe that I know of that still does not have the option to order through a digital screen. Instead you have to go to the counter where the incredibly bored and annoyed staff can grumpily put your order in the system. Then, you can wait while the less than competent other staff members take their time - a lot of time - to finally put your order together. It may take half an hour, but I guess the positive point is the food was not bad. That would be my only positive...

Absolutely one of the worst McDonald’s experiences I’ve ever had. The staff looked like they’d rather be anywhere else—no smiles, no courtesy, just pure attitude. One of them looked so angry I genuinely felt like I was bothering them just by existing. The energy in this place is depressing. No one should be treated like an inconvenience just for ordering a burger. Avoid this location if you value basic human decency...

McSchade – Kaffee vermisst, Tische auf Abwegen, aber Herz am richtigen Platz!

Die Tische sind entweder schmutzig oder so abgesperrt, als hätten sie gerade eine VIP-Reservierung. Auf Nachfrage heißt es „Personalmangel“ – was etwas kurios wirkt, wenn draußen regelmäßig Mitarbeiter beim Rauchen oder im internationalen Kollegentreff chillen. Vielleicht ist das neue „Servicekonzept“: Wer draußen sitzt, arbeitet innerlich.

Besonders innovativ: Seit über zwei Wochen gibt es keinen Kaffee mehr. Wahrscheinlich ist er auf Weltreise oder wird noch von Hand gepflückt. Vielleicht kommt er bald per Brieftaube.

Andere Filialen, in denen richtig was los ist, schaffen es, alles sauber und einladend zu halten. Hier dagegen herrscht eher der Charme einer geschlossenen Raststätte.

Aber jetzt das Highlight: An der Kasse sind sie supernett! Besonders eine kleine, etwas mollige blonde Dame – immer freundlich, hilfsbereit und mit einem Lächeln, das fast vergessen lässt, dass der Tisch wackelt und der Kaffee fehlt. Gäbe es Sterne nur für sie – ich würde fünf geben!

Fazit: Toller Service an der Kasse, aber der Rest... na ja, sagen wir mal: Luft nach oben. Wenn hier irgendwann Kaffee und saubere Tische zusammenfinden, wird’s vielleicht doch noch mein...
