Bingöl Grill — Restaurant in Völklingen

We recently visited this restaurant as a family with children. While the meal portions were generous, the overall experience was disappointing. The atmosphere was not enjoyable due to a significant number of flies, which really affected our ability to enjoy the food. Our kids were uncomfortable and distracted throughout the meal, constantly having to swat the flies away.

The service was just okay—polite but not very attentive. We ended up not finishing some of our food and drinks and felt the experience didn’t live up to expectations. The Adana kebab in particular was overly salty, and we’ve definitely had better elsewhere.

Perhaps this place might be more pleasant during the colder months when flies aren’t an issue, but unfortunately, based on this visit, we don’t plan on returning. Thank you for...

Ich persönlich verstehe nicht was russische Musik in einem Türkischen laden zu tun hat. Außerdem sind ich und mein Mann vorher immer sehr gerne dort hin gekommen als die eine Türkin die sehr gut deutsch spricht noch so oft bedient hat. Da das mittlerweile nicht mehr so oft passiert sind wir in letzter Zeit sehr häufig unzufrieden wieder raus gegangen. Da die russin einen sehr eingebildeten Eindruck macht und die andere (sehr dünn, schwarze haare ) hat uns jetzt das letzte mal bedient und obwohl ich die Bestellung aufgegeben habe hat sie mich kaum angeschaut sondern nur mein Mann und ihn nach Beilagen gefragt, was ich nicht verstehen kann. Ich weiß nicht ob es mir und meinem Mann (freunde und verwandten) nur so vorkommt oder ob es auch anderen so geht aber wir sind sehr unzufrieden mit den neuen Bedienungen außer die kleine Türkin da waren wir bisher immer sehr zufrieden (immer freundlich, lächelt sehr oft) da man merkt das sie ihr bestes gibt und leidenschaftlich ihren Job macht.
