Coffee Fellows - Kaffee, Bagels, Frühstück — Restaurant in Valley

Worst customer service ever. Never been in a place where I felt so unattended. We asked for a coffee and we get as a reply was an angry mood : Was??? Even speaking German with her...then I said I would be paying for an ice tea, super impolite she said. Dann nimmst du....hungry we decided to eat and we asked for butter croissants to eat there, instead she gave us all of them packed to go... just like simply leave... when I decided to pay the attendant once again looked at me paying and just repeated every thing I have ordered to the cashier to charge me... thinking that I would say something wrong or not paying what In had to...common please...is this a coffee fellow place? NO...

Leider wieder ein lustloser Coffee Fellows Mitarbeiter, wir hatten zwei Latte Macchiato bestellt und einen Cappuccino und haben zwei Cappuccino und einen Latte Macchiato bekommen. Als wir dem Mitarbeiter mitgeteilt haben, dass wir aber zwei Latte und einen Cappuccino bestellt haben, hat er nicht drauf reagiert und einen neuen Kunden bedient. Wir haben es dann dabei belassen und sind gegangen, das war aber das letzte Mal das wir bei Coffee Fellows waren. Schult eure Mitarbeiter...

unfähige, lustlose Mitarbeiter. Für eine einfache Bestellung wird ewig gebraucht. Unfreundlicher Service. Dazu kommt der verschmutze Eingang, sowie der stickige Innenraum. Keine schöne Atmosphäre. Das führt dazu, dass gestresste Autofahrer noch gestresster statt entspannter diesen viel zu teueren Shop verlassen und höchstwahrscheinlich nicht wieder kommen. Gibt nichts wirklich Positives zu äußern. Ah, und das Sortiment ist wirklich zu klein für...
