McDonald's Restaurant — Restaurant in Velburg

Unfortunately I had such an unpleasant experience. The rude McDonald's employee refused to take my order, and the only reason for that was that she didn't want to. My father and I, tired from the journey, stopped at the Jura rest stop and wanted to order a milkshake and coffee. I got to the McDonald's restaurant and asked the worker if she knew English, to which I got an arrogant "no". After that, I politely asked for a vanilla milkshake in German, to which the McDonald's employee started yelling at me. She shouted that she only spoke Romanian and told me that she wouldn't think of making me a milkshake half an hour before closing time. Then I was speechless, all the other guests who were nearby were also shocked. After the McDonald's employee realized what she had done, she told me that the milkshake machine was not working and that she would not and did not want to receive my order. I have never experienced such an unpleasant experience and I do not recommend coming to this...

It' s very hot outside, so we decided to eat inside. Inside was very hot too. There where a lot of flyes and unhappily one flyed direct in the food of my husband. He couldn't eat anymore. In the kitchen were also flyes. I find this place very dirty. The couch where we sat I also needed to clean from the fat mayo and surprise, the wipe was black of dirt.

Eigentlich habe ich keine Interesse an einer Bewertung. Mache dies nur um nur um andere Mal vor zu warnen: es ist mittlerweile traurig was aus McDonald's geworden ist .. Schnellrestaurant ist das in meinen Augen nicht mehr... alleine diese Bestellung am Automaten Display bist du schon eine Herausforderung und dann bekommt man, angeblich frisch zubereitet ....deswegen wartet man ja auch so lange ......ein Zusammengequetschtes durch geweichtes McChicken darauf eine undefinierte Fleischmasse ein bisschen Soße drauf gequetscht das war's und das zu einem Preis wo ich sage nein danke nie mehr. Wenn man nachträglich noch einen Kaffee holen möchte ist selbst das eine eine größere Herausforderung .....leider gibt es keine Bewertung ohne Sterne weil das wäre eigentlich die ehrlichste Bewertung Tut mir leid für McDonald's aber das wird wohl mit dem Laden nichts mehr ist wirklich nur noch ein heruntergekommenes image und zerstören...
