Terrible Experience. Half of the ordering Kiosks were down, the line insane, and it turned out to be a throughput issue. My order was on the "Ready for pickup" screen, then disappeared. After another 10 minutes, I was finally able to grab an employee, I asked if they just decided to cancel my order, showing my receipt. They finished it, and gave it to me shortly after.

It's also worth mentioning that the parking lot is poorly designed, and cars speed through there looking for a spot (remember the long waiting times). There's a blind turn that makes me think someone is going to get hit by a car.

Chaotic, unorganized, and inconsiderate staff. I will...

Nice and clean restaurant and the food was ok but the service time was abysmal. We only ordered some breakfast muffins, a coffee and a cinnamon croissant. I could see my order on the counter, then I saw someone take the muffins off again! A few minutes later a server strolled over to tell me the croissant wasn't in stock and I could either choose something else or wait 10 minutes!!! Who knows what the wait was for so I got a muffin instead. No offer of a refund. So, I thought the food would appear but no! They then made the coffee and we finally got our order 20 mins after we ordered it. No apologies. I would not visit this...

Der Kirchheimer Mc war vor dem Umbau einer der Besten, die ich kannte. Schönes helles Restaurant, mit Blumen, eingespieltes Team. - Freundlich - wenn ich an den netten Herren denke, der den Gastraum sauber gehalten hat. Wenn auch nicht jeder ein freundliches Gemüt hatte...

Heute nach dem Umbau war ich das erste Mal wieder dort und habe im Gastraum zum Mitnehmen bestellt.

Das neue Ambiente ist schlicht eine Katastrophe! Es ist dunkel und die Möbel sehen aus wie neu geborgt. Die Raumaufteilung ist schlicht idiotisch! Die Speisenausgabe ist eng und wirkt wie in einer 70er Jahre Kantine. Die Cafe Schenke nimmt überdimmensional Platz weg. Der Spielbereich ist offen und Kinder können ungehindert auf den Parkplatz laufen.

Einziger + Punkt - Die automatische Eingangstür.

Das Personal war so freundlich (Dafür 3 Sterne) wie gleichzeitig verzweifelt. Nichts funktionierte! Die Dame suchte die Speisen hastig zusammen, nachdem ich ihr meine Bestell Quittung aushändigte.

Leider war das Essen auch nicht berauschend. Es war kalt und die Pommes lätschig.

So schnell werde ich nicht mehr hingehen, habe die Lust auf Mc erstmal verloren.

EDIT: Nach fast einem Jahr Pause, war ich mal wieder dort. Das Restaurant gefällt mir nach wie vor nicht. Jedoch war das bestellte Doppelmenü RoyalTS / Filet-o-Fish mit Pommes zum attraktiven Preis um die 11-12€ schön heiß und hat wirklich gut geschmeckt. Den Pommes fehlte etwas Farbe.

Stimmungstechnisch und von der Atmosphäre her wirkt der Laden nach wie vor negativ auf mich. Kein Vergeleich zu Merklingen. Das ist der Ausweichladen, den ich...
