Klösterle Hof - Markus Klein — Restaurant in Vereinbarte Verwaltungsgemeinschaft Freudenstadt

RESTAURANT: Wir kamen um 13:00 Uhr zum Mittagessen an und wurden von der Kellnerin sofort begrüßt, als wären wir Träger einer Krankheit. Wir verstanden schnell, dass die sehr unangenehme Begrüßung darauf zurückzuführen war, dass wir zwei kleine Kinder dabei hatten. Anscheinend kommt man nicht mit Kindern hierher. Sogar die anderen Gäste waren unfreundlich. Wir beschlossen zu gehen, da es ganz offensichtlich war, dass wir nicht willkommen waren und unser Geschäft nicht gebraucht wurde. Die unangenehme Frau, die anscheinend das Restaurant leitete, sagte nichts außer „Auf Wiedersehen“ und bestätigte uns damit, dass sie absolut froh war, uns gehen zu sehen. Zusammenfassend lässt sich sagen, dass man nicht mit Kindern hierher gehen und einen Empfang erwarten sollte. Tatsächlich sollte auf ihrer Website stehen, dass Kinder im Restaurant oder bei seinen Gästen nicht willkommen sind. Schade, denn wir hatten wirklich gehofft, hier essen zu können.

We arrived at 1300 for lunch and were immediately greeted by the waitress like we were carriers of some sort of disease. We quickly understood that the very unpleasant greeting was because we had two young children. Apparently one doesn’t come here with children. Even the other guests were unwelcoming. We decided to leave as it was plainly obvious we were not welcome nor our business needed. The unpleasant woman who apparently ran the restaurant said that nothing except “Good Bye,” confirming to us that she was absolutely happy to see us leave. In summary, don’t go here with children and expect a welcome. In fact their website should state that children are not welcomed by the restaurant or its guests. A shame because we were really hoping to eat here.

Nous sommes arrivés à 13h00 pour le déjeuner et avons été immédiatement accueillis par la serveuse comme si nous étions porteurs d’une sorte de maladie. Nous avons rapidement compris que cet accueil très désagréable était dû au fait que nous avions deux jeunes enfants. Apparemment, on ne vient pas ici avec des enfants. Même les autres clients n’étaient pas accueillants. Nous avons décidé de partir car il était évident que nous n’étions pas les bienvenus et que notre entreprise n’était pas nécessaire. La désagréable femme qui dirigeait apparemment le restaurant ne nous a rien dit d’autre que « Au revoir », nous confirmant qu’elle était absolument heureuse de nous voir partir. En résumé, n’allez pas ici avec des enfants et attendez-vous à être accueillis. En fait, leur site Web devrait indiquer que les enfants ne sont pas les bienvenus par le restaurant ni par ses clients. I was on a solo motorcycle tour through the Black forest without an itinerary. I decided to stop for a cold beverage at this small villages guest house and restaurant. While I sitting on their lovely patio I noticed some very exceptional food being served so being a professional chef myself I decided this would be the place for dinner. They had a Room vacancy so I book it. Took a long hike in the beautiful river valley its located in and returned for dinner. It was a first class from the start.The husband wife team really over deliver, she in the dining room with flawless service and he executing star quality cuisine even the wine list was great.
