McDonald's — Restaurant in Verwaltungsgemeinschaft Achern

They give meat to a vegetarian and then this employe blames it on the customer "you should have checked". She hasn't eat meat for years so she cannot check if it's real or not, good fake meat tastes like meat and someone that doesn't eat meat cannot taste if it is real meat or not... Untill they get sick. She got sick and they only say an unmeaningfull sorry when you get angry about it. They only gave the money back for the burger, not the full order. Not even a free ice-cream to get that awefull taste away. The employe was very rude to tell that she should have checked, and the manager did not fix the problem by giving only the money for this burger back. These people made someone feel bad and sick, and don't feel like fixing the problem. For that I had to write this review and they do not even deserve this 1 star. Curly Fries Eine absolute Offenbarung: frisch aus der Küche, heiß serviert, außergewöhnlich knusprig und mit einer perfekt abgestimmten Würze, die den Gaumen mit subtilen, doch kraftvollen Aromen umschmeichelt. Jede einzelne Fry überzeugte durch Textur und Frische. Ein Meisterwerk der Frittierkunst.

Aktionsburger: Crispy Chicken Der Star des Abends präsentierte sich mit beeindruckender Knusprigkeit – fast schon zu perfekt. Die krosse Panade war ein Highlight, die Würze war pfeffrig, etwas für wahre Liebhaber. Dieser Umstand mag jedoch dem persönlichen Geschmack geschuldet sein und schmälert den Gesamteindruck kaum.

Apfeltasche Hier erreicht die Küche ein Niveau, das fast schon als intergalaktisch zu bezeichnen ist. Die Apfeltasche überraschte mit einer filigranen Balance aus knusprigem Teig und fruchtiger Füllung. Die Temperatur – gerade noch erträglich heiß – verlieh dem Genuss eine unvergleichliche Tiefe.

Ambiente und Hygiene Besonders erwähnenswert: die makellos sauberen Toiletten. Kein Makel, keine Bremsspuren, trotz der Nähe zur Autobahn.

Fazit: Dieser McDonald’s hebt sich wohltuend von seinen Kollegen ab. Eine Oase der Qualität im Schnellrestaurant-Universum, die in nahezu allen Kategorien brilliert. Ein kleiner Punktabzug für den Hauch von Trockenheit beim Burger – doch das ist Klagen auf hohem Niveau. Insgesamt eine verdiente Höchstbewertung: 5 von 5 Sternen.

Used the Drive through and was really impressed how fast we received our food! Ok it is Mcdonnalds so you know what sort of food you are getting but they are not all the same! The food was hot, the fries were crispy and the drinks were cold! Cant take any of these things for granted but this one delivered! The staff listened to my broken german and still got the order correct. They were freindly as well not just the jobsworths you often get that cant get rid of you fast enough, polite and attentive.
