We stayed at this hotel some time ago. The location is beautiful, and the room initially looked nice.

Unfortunately, we didn’t properly check the room before heading out for dinner. When we returned and got ready for bed, we discovered hairs in the bed. This made us feel uncomfortable, and we just wanted clean sheets. When we tried to speak to someone, the reception desk was empty. We called the hotel’s number and reached the manager, since no staff are present in the building at night.

The manager was extremely rude and dismissive of our complaint. All we asked for were clean sheets, but he refused to help us.

The next day, we spoke to the manager in person. We had an argument and je even threatened to call the police if we didn’t leave. We demanded a refund, which we eventually received—but the entire experience was highly...
