Ehrbar Fränkische Weinstube — Restaurant in Verwaltungsgemeinschaft Eibelstadt

I rarely write reviews, but I feel compelled to after such a disappointing and frankly uncomfortable experience.

Let me start by saying the food was actually decent, and the space itself had potential. But none of that mattered in the end, because the service completely ruined the entire visit. Our waiter was not just inattentive or cold—she was openly rude and hostile. Every time she approached our table, she made unnecessary, condescending comments that made us feel unwelcome and judged. It wasn’t just bad service; it was actively aggressive and disrespectful.

There was no music playing at all, which made the already awkward atmosphere feel even more tense and uninviting. Between the silence, the staff’s attitude, and the overall vibe, the whole place felt uncomfortable and unpleasant. It genuinely affected our mood and turned what should have been a nice evening into a stressful one.

It’s a shame because the food and décor could have been the foundation for a great spot. But none of that matters when the staff treats guests like a burden. Based on our experience, I would absolutely not recommend this place to anyone. There are plenty of other restaurants where you can enjoy a meal without being made to...

Wow, I was recommended the Wienstube, by the Hotel, were I was staying in Frickenhausen, it did not disappoint, out of all the places I ate in my six day tour, this place was by far the best!!! I very pleasant host, recommended the shoulder of pork, it was absolutely amazing, best roast pork I have ever eaten!!!! I had an asparagus soup, which was delicious and mousse for pudding, the house res wine was incredible, and the digestif recommended was a perfect end to a superb traditional dining experience, I would recommend this restaurant to everyone passing through this...

Mein Mann hatte Mitte Januar Geburtstag und ich wollte ihm trotz Corona einen schönen Abend mit leckerem Essen bieten, somit fiel selber kochen leider aus :D. Ich habe mich also an verschiedene Gaststätten in der Umgebung mit der Frage, ob es aktuell möglich ist Essen abzuholen, gewandt. Die Weinstube Ehrbar hat mir mitgeteilt, dass sie momentan Samstags und Sonntags Essen zum ABholen anbieten. Ich habe dann dankend abgelehnt, da ich das Essen an einem Freitag brauchte. Zu meiner Überraschung sagte der Chef (?) mir dann, dass sich das einrichten ließe. Da war ich schon total begeistert von der Flexibilität. Als er mich dann fragte, was ich mir vorstelle- die Karte sei noch nicht erstellt und villt. passen meine Vorstellungen ja ins Konzept, war ich dann ganz hin und weg. Beim ABholen war der Chef super freundlich, man merkte einfach, dass er den Job mit Leidenschaft macht. Weinchen aus Randersacker gabs für das Geburtstagskind obendrauf. Und der krönende Abschluss war dann das Essen. Es gab in Rotwein geschmorrte Rinderbäckchen auf Schwarzwurzelgemüse für meinen Mann, und für mich die gute alte Lende mit Spätzle und Pilzrahmsoße. Prieislich war das Essen mit insgesamt ca. 30 Euro völlig im Rahmen, vor allem wenn man den Service und die Qualität des Essens bedenkt.
