Wir waren gestern Abend mit dem ehemaligen "Runden Tisch" unserer Technischen Lehrer der Berufsschule Künzelsau, zum Essen und auch schwatzen dort zu Gast. Sehr gutes Essen, freundliche Wirtsleute mit denen ich auch sehr gute Gespräche führen konnte. Das Essen (ich hatte 2x gegessen, erst der leckere Krustenbraten mit Kartoffelsalat, dann anschließend noch ein Paar Bratwürste), war sehr gut und was ganz wichtig ist, ehrlich gekocht; d.h. ohne jegliche Geschmacksverstärker, Glutamat, Hefeextrakt. Darauf reagiere ich nämlich sehr empfindlich. Hier hatte ich keinerlei "Nachwehen" zu beklagen. Wir konnten auch eine Kostprobe vom Wildschwein-Rauchfleisch testen. Sehr zart und wohlschmeckend.
