Possibly the worst customer service that we have ever experienced. The staff here were incredibly rude to us after they served my wife chicken noodles instead of the vegetarian platter that she asked for. We took the food back to get it exchanged but we were told to go away by both staff members. Their attitude wasn't at all sympathetic, instead it was rather ugly. They shouted and swore at us without any respect, I wouldn't recommend that you eat here unless if you want your day to get ruined. May I add, they even threatened to call the police on us when we complained. Thankfully there were some spectators who witnessed this...

We have often bought food there, but today was the last time ever!The owner is absolutely rude and cheeky.He has no idea about customer Service and seeing all the negative comments here just proves my Point.That was the last time for me.I dont suggest anyone to eat there, its just not worth it for the price and the RUDE customer...

Geschmacklich ganz gut, wobei das Gemüse mit irgendwas gewürzt wird, dass - manchmal mehr - manchmal weniger wie Ziegenbock riecht 😂🙈 die Portionen werden kleiner, dafür teurer. Ich hab hier schon oft gegessen und immer wieder ist mir aufgefallen, dass der Chef nicht gerade die Freundlichkeit in Person ist. Einmal hat er einfach das Wechselgeld behalten und ist ab in die Küche verschwunden, ein anderes Mal versteht er die Hälfte nicht von dem was man zu ihm sagt. Ein Deutschkurs wäre hier vielleicht ganz hilfreich. Heute hab ich mit meiner Familie dann Vorort gegessen und mein Sohn hat seine Portion Nudeln nicht ganz geschafft. Also wollte er die restlichen Nudeln zum Mitnehmen einpacken lassen. Ich fragte ob ich eine Nudelverpackung bekäme und er meinte unfreundlich "Erst 50 Cent".... echt unverschämt für die eh schon sehr gestiegenen Preise. In jedem anderen Restaurant bekomm ich Reste umsonst eingepackt. Schade, dass der Laden diese Rezensionen hier...
