I apologize for breaking the order of 5-star reviews, but I believe this beautiful place deserves an honest feedback in order to improve.

Let's start with the positives: the rump steak was perfectly cooked to my liking, and the ambiance was just as impressive as the pictures. However, that's where the compliments end.

The bar was a big disappointment. I ordered an Old Fashioned, which is usually a simple cocktail, but unfortunately, it was a disaster. The whiskey was overpowered by bitterness, making it taste awful. I asked the waitress to take it away and ordered another cocktail, but that one was even worse. I had hoped to order my favorite wine, which typically costs a maximum of 110 euro in wine shops, but it was priced at over 160 euro here. While we understand that restaurants usually add a 30 percent markup, the difference in price was too significant. In fact, it was a markup of over 45 percent, which I found to be quite unreasonable.

While technical issues can be overlooked, good service is crucial, and unfortunately, it was lacking. Even though we had reserved a table, the hostess took some time to figure out where to seat us. This was despite half of the second floor being empty, and no one arriving while we were seated.

Waitstaff usually aim to enhance the dining experience by recommending courses and drinks, driving sales, and making guests feel welcome. However, during our visit, we didn't receive such service. I understand that the staff may have been busy, but ...

Overall, if you go to an Italian restaurant, you expect to feel the warmth of an Italian family who takes pride in their hospitality and ensures their guests are satisfied. Unfortunately, we did not...

Nous sommes venus pour feter l’anniversaire d’une amie, nous sommes venus de Strasbourg. Nous avons été accueilli par une charmente serveuse , placer sur notre table un autre serveur vient prendre notre commande, et de la la catastrophe as commencé, super désagréable, je comprends l’allemand tres vaguement, parmis les mots compris je realise qu’il me dit que la cuisine ferme dans 5 min . Je demande a avoir la serveuse qui parle anglais , pendant que je communique avec elle le serveur regarde mon ami et moi et commence a faire un décompte pour la cuisine 5…4..3. , on as trouver cela tres malpoli avec l’attitude qu’il avait. Une attitude qui en disait long sur notre arriver sachant que nous avions eu le droit a un bonjour de la part de tout les serveurs croiser sur notre chemin sauf du sien . Mon amie as deja manger dans ce restaurant elle avait hate car elle y as passer une tres bonne soirée et tres bien manger ! Je peux comprendre que la cuisine ferme nous sommes arriver tardivement la charmante serveuse nous as expliqué gentillement avec le sourire et nous as proposer des pizzas , malgrer cela je ne cautionne pas le regard oppressant ni l’attitude ingrate de ce serveur envers nous , nous aurions pu rester et prendre des pizzas mais apres le manque de respect reçu nous avions décidé de partir . Je précise que mon amie porte un voile , un detail que je ne voulais pas preciser mais vu comment la serveuse as été super sympathique et professionnelle , tout pour nous faire passer une bonne soirée. Comparer au comportement de son collègue qui avait un regard de degout envers nous comme si nous n’étions pas les bienvenus, je me doit de le preciser !

Duits: Das Essen im Restaurant Casamore war lecker, die Pizza in Ordnung und die Pasta mit Scampi war etwas zu einfach. Ein halb getrocknetes Tomatenstück auf einer ganzen Portion Pasta ist doch recht wenig und bitter. Der Service hingegen war nicht in Ordnung. Es schien fast wie Fast-Food-Service. Die Vorspeise wurde uns schnell an den Tisch geworfen, kaum war sie serviert, war unser Essen auch schon da. Der Kellner schaute immer wieder vorbei, um möglichst schnell abzuräumen. Als wir gefragt wurden, ob wir noch etwas trinken möchten und mit Nein antworteten, bekamen wir sofort die Rechnung. 40 Minuten insgesamt, einschließlich der Mahlzeit, das ist Fast-Food zu teuren Restaurantpreisen.

Het eten bij restaurant Casamore was lekker, de pizza was oké en de pasta met scampi was wat te simpel. Een half gedroogd tomaatje op een hele portie pasta is toch wel erg weinig en bitter. De bediening daarentegen was niet in orde. Het leek wel op een fastfood-service. De aperitief werd snel aan onze tafel geserveerd, nauwelijks was het geserveerd of ons eten was er al. De ober bleef maar kijken om zo snel mogelijk af te ruimen. Bij de vraag of we nog iets wilden drinken en we nee zeiden, kregen we onmiddellijk de rekening. 40 minuten in totaal voor een maaltijd... dat is fastfood met dure...
