One thing in advance: the food was good. Unfortunately, that was the only positive thing about our visit today: very long waiting times, completely overwhelmed and haphazard staff (even though friendly) have left a bitter aftertaste. Drinks were brought only after repeated requests, repeat orders were dismissed with the statement "I have to get a piece of paper" (for 2 beers!) and when asked about missing ordered dishes, you were casually referred to someone else ("talk to him"). The portions are relatively small for the price but okay. The highlight was when we were accused of not having paid because the communication does not work internally. To then want to talk yourself out of it, that you have only 2 days open is no excuse. It would have been so easy: A kind word, a post-carry or give notice that it takes longer would have defused the whole situation and certainly helped to calm the tempers. I'm sorry, but I can only say that I will make a bow around this business in the future, should I be back in town. One thing in advance: the food was good. One of my friend recommended me this place for the indian food so I thought I should try and I must say it was worth going there. I have been there with my family recently and ordered starter and later on some vegetarian and non veg food, food was so fresh and super delicious, drinks and dessert was marvelous. Presentation was on the point. Food portion size was good and Price was like budget friendly. Atmosphere was good and the other thing I noticed was cleanliness 👌. Welcoming staff with smile. I was there with some friends on the opening night. First of all, the restaurant is beautiful, modern and very well decorated. The service was really friendly and they always asked if we needed anything. I am vegetarian and the menu selection was HUGE i was so excited. We did starters Samosas and Pakora and everything was fresh and handmade. The main dishes were so flavorful, we spiced and really nice sized portions.
