We travelled as a group to the Black Forest and used this hotel as our base for four nights. The hotel is very clean, well laid out with a large dining room. Our bedroom was on the first floor, the room was very comfortable but with a very small en-suite shower room. The shower tray was a small "Belfast sink" style with raised edges some height off the floor. This would make it difficult for any one with mobility problems. The breakfast was continental and included all the usual items. Porridge was provided but sadly was heavily salted making it unpalatable. The hotel had been advised that there was a vegetarian travelling in our group but only catered for this guest on the first night which we found disappointing. The location is good for the local points of interest and would make a good base for skiing. With attention to the food aspect this could be so much better. Would we stay here again, on reflection no mainly due to the very cramped shower room and the lack of ability to cater for...

Meine Bewertung bezieht sich nur auf das Restaurant, nicht auf das Hotel.

Das Essen war phänomenal! Das Restaurant sieht von außen schon sehr ansprechend aus und lädt aufjedenfall ein zum verweilen und genießen. Auch vom Innenbereich waren wir wirklich begeistert. Es ist eine Mischung aus rustikaler Holz und Glas Einrichtung mit moderner und stilvoller Dekoration.

Die Speisekarte ist toll, (wenn man Fleisch mag) hat eine gute Auswahl und ist übersichtlich zu lesen.

Die junge Bedienung war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.

Alle Speisen waren sehr lecker und wirklich ansprechend und schön serviert. Auch die frischen Saftlimonaden sahen toll aus und haben richtig fruchtig und erfrischend geschmeckt! Zur Vorspeise gab es einen Salat und eine Suppe: sehr lecker! Als Hauptspeise hatte mein Partner das Tomahawk Steak (wirklich verrückt was da kommt😆) und ich hatte ein Rinderfilet mit einer Folienkartoffel. Das Fleisch war perfekt gebraten und butterweich. Ich hatte schon eine Weile kein so gutes Steak mehr. Auch die Kräuterbutter und die Knoblauchsoße waren sehr gut.

Auch wenn wir "Pappsatt" waren, konnten wir der tollen Dessertkarte nicht wiederstehen und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht!!! 🤩 Wir hatten eine Auswahl an Desserts bestellt: Raffaelo Eis, Panna Cotta und Bratapfel Eis. Wir hätten uns reinlegen können so lecker war das!

Wir kommen aufjedenfall wieder in das Restaurant Rebstock. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und das Restaurant kann man zu 100% empfehlen.

Wir waren 5 Personen und hatten eine Gesamtrechnung von 228€. Für den tollen Service und das qualitativ wirklich tolle Essen aufjedenfall gerechtfertigt! Man muss aber auch sagen dass wir nicht die günstigsten Gerichte auf der Karte...
