We booked a two night break here during our holidays as we have visited the brewery before and thought it was wonderful. The room was very specious, very comfortable and had a lovely modern finish. We had a set menu meal both nights and were definitely not left disappointed (or hungry). The menu was 4 courses with a choice of main. The food was beautiful, fresh and seasonal and beers were recommended to accompany although you can of course pick any drink you like. All the staff were amazing, especially as we had limited German language and we're very happy to help. Breakfasts were absolutely delicious. We have also previously done the brewery tour which was very informative and our guide was fantastic. The area surrounding the brewery is beautiful as well and has some wonderful views. During a recent family trip to the Black Forrest, we visited both the Rothaus brewery (very educational tour through production and filling), as well as the restaurant affiliated with the brewery.||The restaurant offers both indoor and outdoor seating; on a nice warm August evening, we chose the outdoors, which was great. ||Food options were plenty - mostly meat and fish dishes, including game, great sweat water fish (Zander), salads and many dishes with the seasonal Pfifferling mushrooms. The food was delicious and went very well with the various Rothaus beer types we tried. Service was friendly, fast and professional. ||Highly recommended for a relaxed and tasty dinner or lunch with family...
