Deep in the woods, this is one of the most unique local pubs / guesthouses there are in the Black Forest. You can only reach it by walking / cross-country skiing. They serve local platters (bread, sausage, cheese) for food, but most locals go there for a drink or an evening of chatter and banter during the weekend. The interior is beautifully decorated. Die Vesper ist hier sehr dürftig. Man bezahlt hier 8-15 Euro für harten Schinken und preiswerten Schnittkäse, den es auch im Aldi gibt. Ich vermute, dass das Brot vom vorherigen Tag war, da es sehr hart war. Ich gebe auch gerne auch 10+ € für eine Vesperplatte aus. Aber dann sollte sie auch was bieten und nicht kaputtgespart sein. So ein Stück schöner Bergkäse zum Beispiel. Für die Vesper bezahlt man also viel und bekommt nur billiges Zeug. Beim Kuchen sieht es hingegen anders aus: der ist recht preiswert und schmeckt gut. Das würde ich weiterempfehlen. Mein Tipp also: setzt euch mit eurer Vesper auf die Aussichtsbänke daneben und genießt danach ein tollen Stück Kuchen. Die Aussicht...
