We came for dinner on a very windy Sunday evening, hence the restaurant wasn't very busy. The full selection of traditional German and more specifically local dishes on the menu were available. In addition to the amazing variety of main courses, a list of smaller snacks and daily dishes were offered. Very suitable for the region, a wide variety of local alcoholic beverages as well as non alcoholic drinks can be found on the menu.

The portions were very generous and the taste was delicious. You could tell that the food was made fresh and did not come from the freezer.

Besides the exceptional choices available in regards to the food and beverage, the service was excellent. Very warm, friendly and caring.

Overall we had an amazing experience and surely be back in the summer time ti enjoy the view from the terrace....

Absolutely great place. Stayed one night there, only person who stayed overnight. Clean room, clean shower and bathroom. Forgot to provide towels, but thats fine, I should have asked. Beer great, great value, food good, maybe a little pricy but still worth it. Nice view. Absolutely nice staff and owner. Breakfast great, cook is a great guy. I felt very...

Grandios! Wir haben eine Nacht im Doppelzimmer verbracht, waren zum Wandern im Steinwald. Zimmer, Personal, Lage des Gasthofes, Qualität der Speisen - wir geben 5 Sterne, weil wir nur 5 vergeben dürfen.

bei milden Temperaturen kann man lange auf der herrlichen Terrasse mit Weitblick zum Fichtelgebirge sitzen und die guten Vibes genießen. Das leckere Zoigl-Bier fließt beim Genießen des Sonnenuntergangs auch ganz gut..

Die Speisen sind sehr lecker und die Portionen groß genug, um hungrige Wanderer satt zu bekommen. Preisleistungsverhältnis passt.

Zimmer sind hübsch dekoriert, sehr sauber und vor allem sehr ruhig. man kann mit offenem Fenster schlafen und die gute Luft genießen. Die Sanitäranlagen sind auch sauber und ansprechend.

Frühstück ist abwechslungsreich, gesund und reichhaltig und liebevoll dekoriert.

Wer einen Ort sucht, ein Wochenende zu verbringen, ist hier genau richtig. Aber auch der rastige Wanderer kann hier eine wunderbare Pause einlegen. Natürlich ganz vom Wetter abhängig, hat man einen wunderbaren Ausblick, sowohl vom Lokal, als auch im pensions Teil des Marktredwitzer Hauses. Die Bedienung ist freundlich, der Wirtsfamilie, Grosse, ist um ihre Gäste bemüht und dich Küche sucht ihresgleichen. Die Unterkunft ist frisch renoviert, gemütlich und ordentlich. Keine Sternehotel, aber alles was ein müder Wanderer/Fahrradfahren nach einem ereignisreichen Tag braucht. Von vielen Wanderrouten zu erreichen, kann man auch ganze Wochenenden von dort aus planen. Alles in allem eine super Erfahrung.

Als es 2021 mit Corona los ging wurde die LUCA App eingeführt, als wir das erstemal herkamen hatte ich sie nicht auf dem Handy, aber die Nett Bedienung bmachte keinen Aufstand sondern brachte mir einen Meldezettel & gut wars. Wenn mich einer fragt ob ich das Marktredwitz Haus empfehlen kann muss ich ja sagen weil alles andere eine Lüge wäre. Macht weiter so. Falls man doch mal länger warten kann bei schönem Wetter im Sommer wenn man draußen sitzt den tollen Ausblick genießen.
