I don't know if I can recommand this restaurant. The food was tasty, the service was good so far (except the end) but the waitress is a robber and I don't like thiefs ! I had a nice moment with my 2 friends and as a newcomer, I was thinking that that restaurant could have been my favourite one here in Ramstein area. I took an orange juice, a penne al pollo (14.9 euros - price to be seen on their website) and an icecream with cream (5.5 euros - price to be seen on their website) and the waitress made me pay 27 euros !!!! That means my orange juice cost 6.6 euros ??!! I don't think so, otherwise I wouldn't have ordered it !! When I asked for the receipt, she pretended not being able to issue it because one of my friend had already asked for hers... she was dishonest and lied to me ! Mistakes can happen and I'm okay with that but I was not given my receipt on purpose ! And you know what? I could have given you as a tip more than 2.7 euros that you stole, I could have been a regular customer, but I am truly disappointed by your behaviour ! The money you stole from me won't give you any chance ! I won't come back unless you truly apologies !
Reply to your answer : I never took specifically a BIG orange juice ! I ordered the ONLY ONE that was on your English menu and that costs 3.90 euros !! The waitress NEVER mentionned another size of glass ! So, that's a steal !! As she NEVER mentioned that you bill your tap water ! And I have 2 witnesses to prove it because when I asked for tap water, she first brang a bottle of still water and my friends had to interfere in German ! Anyway, this is good to know that you charged me the glasses of the table without telling it to me ! For the record, we also ordered a bottle of still water that one of my friend paid ! Furthermore, since 2019, there's a European directive that oblige restaurant to provide their customers with free tap water when they ask for ! Consequently, I notice that you ARE ROBBERS AND LIARS and that I can't count on an apology from you ! Stealing your customers will bring bad luck upon you. I eat at restaurant at least 4 times a week but you will never have the pleasure to welcome me again !
TO CUSTOMERS : I DON'T RECOMMAND THAT PLACE AND IF YOU GO THERE, PAY ATTENTION TO THE WAITRESS. I ADVISE YOU TO CHECK ATTENTIVELY HER BILL AND TAKE A PICTURE OF BEVERAGES !! As today I magically discover a supposed big glass of orange juice at 5.90 euros that was not existed in their menu ! And to finish, it's the only restaurant in the area that will bill you for a glass of "free" tap water without...
