Schleusenblick — Restaurant in Zell (Mosel)

When I walked into the restaurant because no one was coming out to the seats outside to take orders, there was a guy stood there, face firmly planted into his mobile phone. I had to speak to him to make him look up. After our drinks, I again needed to enter the premises to pay. And, yet again, the same guy was staring into his mobile phone. I had to draw his attention to break his stare. Without looking up he said to me to hang on. I watched in disbelief as he continued to look at his mobile phone. Finally I reminded him that he was in a business that needed to focus on their customers. He grudgingly then took my payment. This was shockingly bad service. Any tad of a possibly of us returning that evening for dinner evaporated. SORT YOUR STAFF OUT.

Please stop using Covid as an excuse. That is just showing poor management! The buck stops with you not...

Very good food, the staff is very friendly and easy to speak english with if you are from another country. The staff is also very quick to give you service. Both Indian and international food is very good and large meals which is not gonna leave you on a empty stomach.

Alot of things to choose from on the menu so we will definitely be comming again

My absolute favourite restaurant in this area with a lot of (vegetarian) options. From the tasty starters (including some type of fried veggies that comes with a sauce I would truly love to have a bucket full of at home to add to e-ver-y-thing) to the amazing main dishes.

Tip: if you're with friends or family and order some indian dishes, you can easily turn it into a tasting party as every dish comes in it's own bowl with rice or bread served seperately. Friendly staff, lovely view, truly a must-try if you're...
