First of all my partner went to the toilet and she was horrified at how extremely dirty it all was, if I wouldn’t have ordered already we would have left immediately. Wanted a strawberry milkshake but it was sold out (not the first time, so I guess their logistics process needs updating) I ordered the burger “all the way” but no pickles, guess what was on my burger… yeah pickles. It’s not rocket science. The fries were seriously undercooked, not raw but soggy, floppy, sad potato products. Then I ordered a bottle of water, sold out also and then they started acting like I was asking for the impossible because I didn’t really want to take water from the soda fountain (I planned to take the bottle in the car with me). The tables were also clearly not cleaned in a long long time. Service at ordering was sloooooooow just like the time it took for the food to be prepared. There were almost no customers so that was not the problem.

We came here to grab some lunch just before Sunday shop opening. We ordered 2 cheeseburgers, medium fries and a water and it came to 33 euro. We then tried to pay by card but the machine was not working so paid by cash. Also the toll had no receipts so just given a number for food order. I sat down and my wife went by the hatch to wait for order. Our number was called my wife picked up bag then checked and it was not what we ordered and then found out another person was waiting and it was there food. They had mixed up the numbers. So she waited longer for our food then realised they had missed our order and told the person at the hatch. He then called his boss and they realised they had made a mistake and took our order again. No apology and it was as if it happened all the time. We got our food and as others have mentioned the quality of the food was average and not worth the prices charged. Avoid this for now and eat...

Even though the food was ok, but nothing special tbh ( I've had much better burgers elsewhere) there are a few things that I disliked more: At ordering - after we ordered our burgers, the ordering attendee asked what size did we want the fries, or weather we wanted milkshake or fizzy drink, making it look like there was a package offer. But no that wasn't the case.. her intention was making us order more/spend more.

During order, we specified we would sit, but the food was given in a paper bag .. no trays. This made it the worst sitting eating experience I've ever had in my life. Even the fries were dropped allover the paper bag. Fries were the worst I have ever tried (from unpeeled potatoes).

Not to mention the outdoor area was so dirty, nobody had picked up the mess made by people before us. I cleaned my own table upfront.
