Their customer service is terrible. I delayed a bit in traffic so I couldn’t get home early to watch my favorite program, I decided to pass by their West Legon Branch. Luckily for me, there was no one there when I got there so I asked the servers to change the channel for me so that I can watch a program. They changed it for me, after sometime, they changed the station with the excuse that they want to watch a TV program. I told them I needed to watch that program.
